    Complete disappointment! The clothing I bought fell apart after just a few washes. It's heartbreaking when you spend money, expecting decent quality, only to be let down so badly. Avoid!

    Персонал не проявляет внимательности и не отличается вежливым отношением. После покупки выяснилось, что размер белья не тот, но обменять отказались, даже несмотря на то, что прошло меньше получаса. Не рекомендую.

    Oversized promises, undersized service. Bought a headband here—no try-ons allowed, they said. Fine, but it can't be returned, either. I learned that after. Would've been nice to know up front. Manager's unhelpfulness was astounding. Not a place to feel valued.

    Пент разочаровал. Купил повязку за 40 лари, а их менеджер не хотел помогать, хотя вещь даже не мерили. Информация о том, что повязка не снимается программно, тоже появилась уже после покупки. Менеджер с таким подходом к клиенту точно на своём месте не сидит. Может, стоит поменять подход?

    ბანდაჟი, რომელიც გუშინ საღამოს შევიძინე, საბოლოოდ არც კი მოვიზომე, იმიტომ რომ მენეჯერი 100%-ით იყო დარწმუნებული, რომ მომერგებოდა. დახმარება არ გამიწია. მათ პროგრამულად არ იცვლიან 40-ლარიან ბანდაჟებს, თუმცა ამის შესახებ წინა ინფორმაცია არ მქონდა. მენეჯერს, რომელსაც კლიენტის დახმარება არ სურს, მენეჯერი ვერ იქნება. კიდევ ერთხელ გამაწბილა ამ ადგილმა.
