The pediatrician, Nargiz, deserves the highest praise. However, the experience of taking a vein test left much to be desired. The child, who is only 3 years old, had to suffer for seven minutes before the test could be taken. The tourniquet was improperly placed during the collection process, causing the bleeding to stop. The nurse may not have immediately understood the situation and the child experienced fear and pain. He now associates the analysis with a negative experience. The cost of the procedure amounted to GEL 70 for seven minutes of fear.

We had an x-ray, a blood test, and a doctor's appointment all in one evening. The analysis results arrived online in an hour and a half. In the same format, we contacted the doctor, who explained the results in detail and adjusted the treatment.
