Extremely dissatisfied with this service. I ordered two tyres online and received no confirmation or follow-up. I had to reach out to them to find out about my order. When I called, they told me the tyres were in stock and had already been shipped, assuring me to wait five days for delivery.
After five days, they finally contacted me only to inform me that they didn't actually have those tyres at all.
Terrible communication, misleading information, and a total waste of time. I suggest steering clear of this place. - A
