A khachapuri café where Adjarian khachapuri comes in several versions: small or large, with sulguni, ham, meat or mushrooms, and with four cheeses (Parmesan, Gouda, mozzarella and Dor Blue). There is a sister café in Tbilisi, and the Batumi one stays open until 1 am.
Beyond the Adjarian boat, the oven turns out Megrelian khachapuri (including a large royal one), Imeretian khachapuri, kubdari and lobiani, some with ham. There are about ten pizzas, including Lenten ones. Hot dishes include ojakhuri, ostri in a clay pot, kebab, chicken skewers with pomegranate sauce, khinkluki (mini khinkali with kindzmari sauce), ajapsandali and beef stroganoff with mash; soups are kharcho, chikhirtma, borscht and cream of mushroom.
Breakfasts and a club sandwich are served in the morning, and kids get their own menu: plates with mini sausages or meatballs and chicken broth with star-shaped pasta. Salads include chicken or prawn Caesar, Greek, Georgian salad with walnuts and eggplant rolls with walnuts. To drink there is beer, coffee including the local Batumi-style coffee, and Gurieli Georgian tea.
