Bar-restaurant "360 Sky"

מסעדה שנמצאת במלון שרתון בקומה ה-20. תפריט מגוון עם מבחר רחב של בשרים, סושי ומנות נוספות. השירות מצוין, והאווירה נעימה עם מרפסת חיצונית שמשקיפה על בטומי ונוף מרהיב. מומלץ לבוא בשקיעה או בלילה כשיש אורות בעיר. המנות גדולות וטעימות מאוד.

The food was not good at all. The meat was of poor quality, and the waitress was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I typically steer clear of restaurants in hotels, but this one was impressive. The food was excellent, and the service was satisfactory. The view is stunning.

It seemed like there were only a couple of staff members working, which resulted in a level of attention and hospitality that fell short of what we expected. The food was generally good, and the tiger prawns were particularly noteworthy as the best dish we had. Despite the service needing improvement, the beautiful scenery and a few well-prepared dishes make this place worth a visit.

I reserved a table for two at a bar-restaurant in Batumi to celebrate my birthday, hoping for a special evening. Unfortunately, we were seated right next to the restrooms, which was disappointing. We ordered a starter, some wine, and sushi, but the waiter informed me that the sushi was unavailable that night. That happens, so I asked for a moment to reconsider the menu. He took my husband’s main course and my starter order but never returned. My starter arrived, my husband got his meal, but the menu was taken away before I could order anything else. My glass was empty, and no one checked if I wanted another drink. We felt completely overlooked. The staff appeared elegant and professional, but good service is about making guests feel cared for, which did not happen here. The view was nice, but there are other places in Batumi with beautiful views, like Lumi, where I felt welcomed. I left feeling upset, hungry, and disappointed. My birthday evening was spoiled, and we ended up having dinner elsewhere at Sable, where the staff was wonderful.
