Отличное отделение, хотя иногда образуются очереди, что нормально везде. Ждал только один раз, почти час, но обычно обслуживают быстро – либо сразу, либо в течение 10 минут. Расположение удобное!

I want to share my negative experience of interacting with employees of this bank, especially in the branch. In the process of opening a legal account for a company, I encountered a lack of respect for clients. On the first day, the necessary documents were vaguely explained to me.
However, the next day, one of the employees refused to communicate with me in Russian or English, despite the fact that she herself had previously provided information in Russian. This moment left me bewildered and disappointed.
