I'm really impressed with this place! 🤩 The views are amazing, and the new rooms are very clean. ✨ The staff is friendly, and there are plenty of elevators, so there's no waiting! 🏙️💖

Beş yıldızlı otel konforunda bir deneyim yaşadım. 1 + 0 odada kaldım ve temizlik ile düzen mükemmeldi; her şey dört dörtlük. Saç tarağı bile düşünülmüş. Batum manzarası harika. Остановились в апартаментах с семьёй на одну ночь. Бронировали на месте. Нам повезло с девушкой на ресепшн, хотя я не запомнил её имени☹️. Охрана тоже была вежлива. Она показала нам доступные номера и спросила, на каком этаже нам будет удобнее. Это было в 12.00, и нам пообещали подготовить хороший номер к 15.00. Апартаменты 1+1 были совершенно новыми, с двумя комнатами и всем необходимым: посуда, плита, вытяжка, мойка, приборы, халаты, тапки, средства гигиены и фен. Минихолодильник не использовал. Отделка номера на высоком уровне, плитка в ванной уложена ровно и аккуратно. Кондиционер отлично справлялся с обогревом. Правда, конденсат с блока кондиционера тек по балкону, хотя дренажные отверстия были. На следующий день менеджер на ресепшн был недовольным и невежливым, даже не попрощался. В остальном — всё было хорошо. Рекомендую!
