Our experience with this ski rental was very disappointing. We had our rented skis stolen while they were left outside a mountain hut and reported the incident to the police, filing an official report.

Despite this, the rental insisted we pay the full price for new skis and refused to consider any fair compromise. While we understand the need to compensate for lost equipment, their response was rigid and felt excessive.

Things got worse when the staff blocked our exit and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid what they demanded. This was both intimidating and unprofessional.

Additionally, we did not receive a proper written contract or receipt, leaving us without any documentation of our agreement or charges. This lack of transparency makes it hard for customers to defend themselves in case of issues.

Overall, we felt treated unfairly as tourists and wouldn’t recommend this rental. It’s crucial to clarify liability, replacement costs, and all fees in writing before renting, and to demand proper documentation.
