    The hotel was decent, with a spacious room and a great view of the mountains. It's conveniently located next to a children's park and recreational area.

    However, I found the price a bit high for the off-season. Breakfast was disappointing and not tasty at all, and it was only served for one hour from 9 AM to 10 AM. After reading other reviews, I'm glad I skipped dinner.

    Additionally, the room heater didn't work, and we were quite cold without much assistance. The reception wasn't open 24/7, which made it difficult to get help at night.

    Отель выглядит нормально, но у нас не закрывались двери в номер. Когда приехали вечером, двери после уборки остались незакрытыми, но ничего не пропало. У нас был полупансион, но еды было очень мало, и повариха была крайне неприятной, всё время кричала. Вернувшись вечером из магазина, заметили, что персонал ел нашу еду. Последний завтрак был отличным, так как приехали новые гости, и сразу появилось достаточно всего.

    The hotel was extremely noisy. Kids ran through the corridors and screamed throughout the night. One night, a woman was singing in the hallways after midnight. There were lots of unsupervised children during our stay. We wanted to play billiards, but the cue sticks were broken by kids the previous week. In one room, the shower wouldn't drain, so we had to take short showers. In another room, there was a glass divider only halfway up, so water got all over the bathroom floor. The rooms were okay, and the beds were somewhat comfortable. They need better curtains because if the room faces the inner courtyard, the bright lights make it hard to sleep. The restaurant served decent home-style meals. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives.

    Spent the last three nights in a fantastic hotel conveniently located near everything. However, sleep was hard to come by due to school kids staying at the same time. They kept knocking on doors and running around, which was quite bothersome. Despite several calls to the reception, nothing changed, and the teachers didn’t seem to control it.
