Unacceptable experience! Watching the store cat getting fed with a scoop from the main pet food supply left me speechless. Just imagine what ends up back in that bag. My own cat ended up with worms after eating that food. This level of carelessness is shocking. Avoid like the plague.

One of my go-to spots for pet supplies! This shop may be small, but the range of products they carry is impressive for Batumi. They have an excellent selection of pet foods which I always find helpful. While the staff is friendly, sometimes I need to do a bit more research on my own to understand the differences between products. Overall, a great place to stock up on pet essentials.

Truly heartwarming. The people here have a deep love for animals, and it shows. My cat's eyes lit up with joy. Thank you for the caring hands and gentle hearts! 🌸

The store’s clutter makes it nearly impossible to browse the shelves.

Delightful experience! The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. They helped me find exactly what I needed with ease, and I left with a smile on my face. Highly recommend if you want great service and leave happier.
