What an incredible experience! This was by far the best spa visit we had in Batumi. From the moment we stepped in, everything was just right. A heartfelt thank you to Mari at the reception for her friendly welcome, kindness, and professionalism; she made us feel at ease right away.

We also want to express our gratitude to Ruso and Tamuna, our therapists. They were highly professional, skilled, and attentive throughout our treatments. Their expertise and care truly made our time memorable.

The facilities, atmosphere, and service were exceptional. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Thanks to the entire team for making our visit so special. We highly recommend this spa to anyone coming to Batumi, and we will definitely return on our next trip!

Ina Russo is an incredible masseuse. She understands me like no one else ever has. I adore her and she does an amazing job. 🙏🏼❤️

Amazing place!!! I absolutely love it 👏👏🙏🏻

I had a great experience at the spa. The swimming pool and hammam were clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Managers Mari and Tamara welcomed me warmly and gave me a tour, ensuring I had all I needed. I appreciated both the facilities and the friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was one of the best spa visits I've ever had. The facial and full-body massage were incredible and provided perfect relaxation. The hammam added to the enjoyment of the entire experience.

I want to express my gratitude to Russo. She is truly skilled and gave me exactly the kind of massage I needed to unwind and release all my tension. Her professionalism was impressive, but her warm attitude made me feel at ease from the start.

I also want to highlight Zaira. Both of them are outstanding professionals and lovely individuals who made my visit memorable.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I wish you continued success, and I will definitely return. The service quality is well worth the price, and I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a genuine and relaxing spa experience.
