This is easily the worst place to go if you're looking to make a purchase. I've tried going there three times, and each time I left empty-handed because the staff is disorganized. Yes, there are busy times, but that's no excuse. On one visit, I also went to another store where there were way more customers, yet the staff there still managed to assist me.

During my visits, there were usually only 3-4 employees and about 5-6 customers. Whenever I sought help, they claimed to be busy. Even when I said I wanted to buy something, they still couldn't assist me. What was most frustrating was watching them rush to help new customers who had just arrived while I was left waiting. I spent 20-25 minutes waiting for help and ultimately walked out without making a purchase.

They really need to learn from other stores and improve their customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service here is awful. They need to pay their staff more and hire more people. I walked in twice to make a purchase and left both times because no one acknowledged me, even after waiting over 20 minutes.

The store is okay, but I had one of the worst customer experiences ever in an electronics shop.

Хороший ассортимент ноутбуков. Сотрудники вежливые и профессиональные, помогли подобрать подходящие варианты и объяснили характеристики. Быстро и недорого установили лицензионное программное обеспечение.

Ужасное обслуживание, никто не хочет помочь. Если попросить о помощи, отвечают - подождите кого-то другого.

The customer service at this shop is terrible. We went there yesterday to look for headphones and a few other small items. We're used to the consultants being slow to help, but what happened was unacceptable.

When we asked a consultant for assistance in English, he gave a vague response and then walked away to help someone else. We tried to find another consultant, but there were only two in the large store, and they were both occupied.

We approached the floor manager, who told us to wait for a consultant. We waited for about 20 minutes in the hot and stuffy environment, and I started to feel unwell.

Eventually, a female consultant came over, and after the manager pointed us out, she looked at us with a rude expression, mumbled something, and walked by as if we weren't there.

We had no choice but to leave the store. This level of service is completely disrespectful and shows a total lack of care for customers.
