Service was disappointing; we waited around 10 minutes just to get a menu, which we had already accessed through the QR code on the table. The cafe wasn't busy, yet the service was still quite slow. They also added a 10% service charge. The waitress forgot to bring us water and then created a new check that included the service fee again. Prices are too high, even for an airport, and the portions are small. The coffee was good, though.

We had a salad and the Georgian chiji-biji at 9 AM, and both were really tasty. The coffee was just okay, not quite to our liking, but they offered soya milk, which is great for vegans.

However, the prices are way too high, especially compared to what you’d find in Georgia and other airports. We paid 102 GEL for one salad, the chiji-biji, and a soya cappuccino.

They need to improve their customer service. I ordered a four cheese pizza, but they brought me a margarita. The waiter and manager tried to convince me that I had ordered the margarita. Once they admitted I did order the four cheese pizza, they claimed all their pizzas have tomato sauce, even though it's not listed on the menu. Plus, there was no pesto, and they only mentioned the lack of it after I brought it up. They should have informed me before I ordered, as the pizza relies on four kinds of cheese and pesto.

Being honest and upfront with customers is important. I would have chosen the margarita if I knew there was no pesto, especially since I'm vegetarian and options are limited here with the high prices.

No one should be made to feel like they're wrong or unable to read a menu. I won't support places that operate like this. I'd rather go without.

Typically, lounges with a priority pass cost around 100 lari for 4 or 5 stars. Here, you can eat and drink as much as you like. I got fresh orange juice and a cappuccino, which came to 62.70 lari. There was no music, and the seats weren't very comfortable. The waitstaff was nice and polite.

Сильно разочарованы обслуживанием в ресторане при аэропорте. Заказали фирменную пиццу с пеперони, но его не оказалось. Персонал был вежлив и старался помочь, но менеджер не предложил решение проблемы, даже не заменил пиццу. Единственным выходом было добавить пеперони позже. После долгого ожидания его всё же добавили, но пицца осталась холодной, так как её не выпекли заново. Заплатили полную цену за холодное и неполное блюдо, без извинений, компенсации или доброго жеста. Это оставило крайне негативное впечатление, особенно в международном аэропорту, где ожидали лучшего сервиса.

تجربتي كانت مع برجر الدجاج وكان فعلاً لذيذ. الخدمة كانت مميزة. الأسعار مرتفعة قليلاً نظراً لموقعه في المطار.
