Tropical Garden — Жилой комплекс

This week marks a year of living in this complex. From my first visit, I felt genuinely heard, and the photos showcased a stunning, brand new, fully furnished apartment ready for me. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the equipped kitchen to the cozy blanket on the couch. I'm grateful for the chance to practice yoga on the balcony, stroll along a peaceful beach with city views, and listen to the birds from the nearby botanical garden. I haven't spotted any dolphins this summer yet, but I hope to swim with them again soon. The pool in the complex is immaculate, and the sauna and hammam are perfect for easing sore muscles during winter. I faced a noise issue with my neighbors, but instead of ignoring it, the staff and the director worked hard to help me resolve it, even when it became challenging. It’s clear that here, I truly feel at home.

The best place to live in the Batumi area. It's quite beautiful and friendly. The sea view is just 20-30 meters from the Black Sea. 🌊

Апартаменты в целом неплохие, но владельцы комплекса оставили очень плохое впечатление. Мы прокололи колесо из-за того, что на парковке оставили проволоку во время стройки. Деньги за ремонт не вернули и обвинили нас. Мы снимали квартиру целый год, она была в отличном состоянии, лишь небольшой дефект на стене — мы согласны были все оплатить, но попросили учесть наши обстоятельства, так как не было лишних денег на тот момент. На это нам ответили угрозой подать заявление в полицию, если не оплатим в течение двух часов. При этом за год мы приводили к ним клиентов, большинство наших друзей также снимали у них квартиры. В общем, мы в шоке от такого отношения, никаких человеческих качеств и благодарности.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had to leave the apartment early due to unacceptable conditions.

The bathroom was infested with ants, which is clearly unsanitary. On top of that, there was persistent construction noise from the unit above, starting early in the morning and continuing late into the night, making it impossible to sleep or focus on work.

Because of these issues, I felt I had no choice but to leave. Although I received a refund for the nights I didn’t stay, they later attempted to charge me for supposed damages, which I find completely unfair.

I cannot recommend this accommodation at all.

The studio I rented is in a fantastic seaside location and includes a pool, sauna, and hammam. It seemed ideal at first, but the noise insulation is terrible—I can hear drilling from the 12th floor while I'm on the second! The building manager is also rude and unhelpful. After three months here, it feels more like a war zone than a comfortable home. Plus, the rent can only be paid in cash and in dollars, which is really inconvenient since there are no currency exchange options nearby.
