Spending two and a half hours at this restaurant was time well spent. The staff treated us with exceptional care right from the start. Each dish came with a thoughtful introduction and a fascinating bit of history. The Tutmaji soup stood out, with its deep flavor enhanced by the story behind it. After enjoying five appetizers, one soup, and three main courses, I left not just satisfied, but with lasting memories of an unforgettable experience. This place is a hidden gem for fine dining right in the heart of Tbilisi.

Drawing inspiration from the 19th-century cookbook of Barbare Jorjadze, the menu revives old Georgian dishes with a contemporary flair, executed with elegance and charm. The seabass we tried was cooked flawlessly — tender, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Our meal ended on a high note with vanilla ice cream and baked apple for dessert. An experience like no other — we're already eager to return. This is a must-visit gem in Tbilisi!

Before our meal, we tried their homemade lemonade, and it was delicious. The Georgian wine with our dinner was also excellent. We were a group of six, and we all left completely satisfied.
