Terrible store, no service and no accessories are available after purchasing a product. They only want to sell new items. You'll receive no support once you've paid. Beware and avoid buying anything from them.

Terrible service. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from this place. I bought a TV, and they can't even get a remote for it. They said, "Sorry, we can't order it." This is the worst customer service I've encountered. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would.

Unwanted electronics can be dropped off here.

The process is a nightmare. Constant trips to the 2nd floor, repeatedly showing ID, and endless queues just to get a blender.

I ordered a replacement filter for my vacuum cleaner from this store. They communicated in English, and the part arrived as promised. I was notified once it was here. Although the wait was longer than anticipated, I believe it was due to their suppliers.

Место не отличается хорошей организацией. Чтобы сделать оплату, нужно было подняться на второй этаж и пройти в дальнюю часть здания. Это сильно затягивает время нахождения здесь.

The store has a great variety of modern electronics and home appliances. However, don't count on help from the staff; it's best to do your own research beforehand. Once you choose what you want, the staff will register you and send you to the second floor. Be prepared for a long line just to pay, which is quite frustrating. After paying, you return to the first floor to collect your purchase. This process seems unnecessary. Despite these issues, I'm only deducting one star because the selection remains impressive.

Their prices are really good when items are on sale, but their inventory system is a mess and you have to wait a long time for them to bring you your product.

Ждали консультантов и продавцов бесконечно долго. Менеджеры вместо работы обсуждают личные дела, а если к ним подойти, направляют к консультантам в другой зал. Ужасный сервис.

Простояли 5 минут, и никто из сотрудников так и не подошел.

This store is awful, the only elite thing here is the price tag. I made an order, they took the money, and that was it. Customer support ignores, and they just make excuses.

Too few consultants around—I spent over 20 minutes trying to find someone for help. Eventually, I left after being told by other staff that my question wasn’t relevant to their area, so they couldn’t assist me.
