Отличное место для отдыха: всё соответствует фотографиям, чистота на высшем уровне, в номере спокойно и уютно. Постельное белье безупречно чистое, полотенца свежевыстиранные. Присутствуют все удобства: кондиционер, чайник, холодильник и шторы блэк-аут. Наш номер находился на третьем этаже, у нас был небольшой балкон с чудесным видом на гору и частично на статую Грузия-мать. Путь до площади Свободы занимает около 15-20 минут пешком, но можно легко доехать на автобусе от Пасанаури до Леонидзе, большинство из них доезжают прямо до отеля. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который всегда готов помочь. Также удобно добираться автобусом до парка Мцхаминда или крепости Коджори.

A pleasant, cozy place slightly removed from the city's hustle. Great for travelers who prefer simplicity without extra frills. The rooms are spacious and clean, though they feel a bit old-fashioned. The elderly gentleman at the reception is very friendly and helpful, even if he initially comes off as a bit reserved. Liberty Square is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot or by Bolt taxi for around 5 lari. The only downside is the prepacked breakfast box with just bread, jam, and a croissant—it could definitely be improved with a small buffet offering fresh eggs and more. Impressed overall, but best suited for those who enjoy quiet and cozy hotels without expecting luxury.

The service here is terrible. They completely disregard customer needs. I asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking one and refused to change it. The landline didn’t work, and there was no water in the room. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is atrocious, especially the rude lady staff member. She behaved terribly just because I asked to change rooms. The room and bathroom had a horrible smell. My request was denied, and I was even threatened with the police and forced to leave before a final decision was made. All this happened because I contacted Agoda to cancel my reservation and find a better hotel. This is my right as a customer. Their treatment was shocking. Do not book here. Be warned. The staff is aggressive and disrespectful.

A pleasant hotel, though it's situated a bit away from the city center.

It doesn't justify its cost, especially if you booked through the Ali Baba website. In that case, you paid an extra million. Reserving in person is cheaper.

Terrible hotel. The rooms have a horrible smell, making it completely unsuitable for staying.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The customer service was terrible, especially the older man working there; his attitude was awful just because I asked to change my room due to these reasons: The bathroom had a terrible smell 🤮, the bed's foundation was broken, and the mattress felt like it was 10 years old. The bed linens were filthy and not properly cleaned, causing my skin to feel sensitive. My request was denied, and I was threatened with the police, forced to leave the room before a decision was made. This all happened because I notified agoda.com to cancel my reservation and move me to a better hotel, which is my right as a customer, but the treatment I received was unbelievable. The $28 daily rate is not worth the cost. I canceled my reservation after one night and found another hotel at the same price that was much better. Conclusion: Avoid booking here at all costs. Be very careful. The staff is aggressive and rude.

I'm rating it 4 stars mainly because of the breakfast included. They leave it outside the room door, and it's just two pieces of bread, a cupcake, juice, yogurt, and different individually packed spreads. There's no breakfast buffet, no eggs, nothing special over the four days of my stay. However, the service is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, and the room and bathroom are very clean. Fresh towels are provided every day, and the room is cleaned frequently.

The experience was terrible. The breakfast was the same every day with no variety. No services were provided at all. We stayed for a whole week, and nobody cleaned the rooms. Every time we left, they insisted on taking our key, which was a huge mistake and quite annoying. Everything was downright bad. To iron clothes, there was only a room under the hotel; no facilities in the room itself.

Spent a night here for work. The check-in was done in less than a minute, and checkout was even faster. Just handed over the key, got a friendly goodbye, and I was on my way. The air conditioning worked well, and the sheets were clean. The room was incredibly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Special thanks to Ms. Natali for her expert advice on city sights and dining options.

Прекрасное место для остановки. Цены более чем разумные, мы платили 40 долларов за ночь. Приехали глубокой ночью, нас тепло встретили. В нашей компании было четыре человека, и мы сняли два номера. Девушка на ресепшн, кажется, Наталья, помогла организовать доставку еды из ресторана, хотя это не входило в её обязанности. Убирались каждый день, постельное бельё и полотенца всегда чистые. Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал.

The location is nice, and the staff are friendly. However, be cautious about keeping the bedsheets clean according to their standards, as they will charge you at checkout if they're not. They don't inform you of this policy during check-in, which happened to us. I suggest the service team should clarify their terms and conditions to guests upon arrival.

З 22 по 29 грудня відпочивала в невеликому, але приємному готелі неподалік центру Тбілісі. Піша прогулянка до центру займе приблизно 25 хвилин, а на таксі — близько 10 хвилин, вартість поїздки всього 5 ларі. Обслуговуючий персонал дуже привітний. У номері прибирали щодня. Сніданки були смачні та різноманітні. У номері є все необхідне: чайник, маленький холодильник, у ванній — великий і маленький рушники, кожен день залишають мило, шампунь і гель для душу в одноразових упаковках. Загалом все сподобалося. Готель рекомендую невибагливим туристам.

I'm really grateful for the wonderful stay. We asked for a vegetarian breakfast, and they provided it for us.

Отличное местоположение: близко к центру, но в тихом месте с прекрасным видом на горы. Номера большие и комфортные, пробовал три разных — все в рабочем состоянии: пульты, приборы, фены и краны. Шумоизоляция нормальная, завтраки с местным колоритом. Персонал приветливый и говорит по-русски. В целом, остались только положительные впечатления, никаких мелочей, которые бы портят общее впечатление, не заметил.

This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and impolite, and even the older man lacked any sense of how to treat guests. The air conditioning didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the bed sheets and towels were very dirty. Even the kettle wasn't cleaned inside. There was no assistance; we had to lug four suitcases up to the top floor by ourselves.

Le camere sono ampie, il bagno è pulito e il personale è eccezionale. Arrivato intorno alle 11.45, mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in camera subito. La colazione, consegnata davanti alla porta, è un'ottima idea per risparmiare tempo e godersi il sonno extra. Prezzi ragionevoli e posizione comoda a tre fermate di autobus da Piazza della Libertà, in una zona tranquilla. Tornerò sicuramente qui quando sarò di nuovo a Tbilisi.

I found this place to be the least welcoming during my visits to Georgia, despite coming here a few times. The only positive is the great location. If you're visiting Georgia for the first time, I'd recommend finding a more welcoming place. I've been here a couple of times and usually spend weekends in Tbilisi.

Отель кажется новым на фото, но основной плюс — это персонал. Они действительно отзывчивые и помогают решать любые проблемы. Всё остальное оставляет желать лучшего. В соседнем номере щели, вместо окон нормальные алюминиевые конструкции с плохо работающей ручкой, из-за чего плохая шумоизоляция. Ковролин в номере ужасный, на солнце видно, сколько от него пыли летает по комнате. Освещение в ванной слабое, возможно, экономят или не хотят, чтобы было видно качество уборки. Завтрак лучше не заказывать: тесто, одно яблоко или слива, варёное яйцо, растворимый кофе, сахар и джем — это всё, что есть. Твёрдая, сухая еда. Местоположение в старом городе не слишком удачное. Номер на троих с ребёнком стоит 58 долларов напрямую, что непомерно дорого, учитывая качество. В центре Тбилиси есть множество отличных отелей за эти деньги или даже дешевле, прямо возле канатки.

Pokoje przestronne i estetyczne, a personel uprzejmy. Niestety, śniadania trochę rozczarowują, ponieważ są porcjowane na pokój z powodu Covid.

The location was decent. The staff was incredibly rude. Even though their AC wasn't working, they kept arguing and saying it wasn't their fault. They insisted there was nothing they could do if it stopped working. The older gentleman they have working there really needs some training on how to interact with guests.

My 3-year-old spilled some milk in the room, and they reacted aggressively and told us to leave. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is decent. It's conveniently located near the city center and about 30 minutes away from the airport. The area is very quiet at night. My room was alright, although the fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very polite.

This is a small, family-run hotel or rather a B&B. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the bathrooms are also tidy. However, the towels are a bit worn out, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. The toiletries provided are of decent quality. It’s a few minutes away from Freedom Square, about a 10-minute walk in a straight line from the hotel. The only drawback is the uphill climb on the way back, but it shouldn't be a problem if you're in good health. Breakfast is quite simple with limited options. If you want a fried egg or omelette, it’s best to show a picture to the chef as he doesn’t understand English. There's no lift, so if your room is on the second floor, be ready to use the stairs.

The rooms are below average. The shower and bathroom are terrible. Breakfast is disgusting, there's nothing at all. I don't recommend it. Service is okay.

Я приехала в Тбилиси с дочкой по туру с включенным отелем и трансферами. Персонал заботился о нас с большой любовью, и мы всегда чувствовали, что они готовы помочь. Нам предоставили водителя, который три дня возил нас по интересным и приятным местам в Грузии. Особая благодарность водителю Иаго за его преданность и администратору Мерабу за вежливое и внимательное отношение, а также за подробные объяснения. Благодаря им наше путешествие было замечательным. Хотелось бы больше таких профессиональных работников в сфере обслуживания. Единственное, иногда казалось, что хотелось бы чуть больше разнообразия в сервисе, но в общем опыт остался хорошим.

Этот отель — кошмар. Фотографии на сайте, скорее всего, сделаны десятилетие назад. Всё в комнате старое и грязное, ковролин в ужасном состоянии. Ванная вот-вот развалится на части. Постоянно чувствуется запах канализации. Завтрак однообразный, назвать это завтраком сложно. Кофе только растворимый. Отель совершенно не стоит своих денег. Настоятельно не советую останавливаться здесь.

The staff were wonderful and attentive, always helping with any request. Reasonably priced taxi services were available, and they even brought tea to the room and served off-menu items at breakfast. The accommodations were comfortable, with a nice room size for two people. They're planning to install an elevator, which will be a plus for those who prefer not to climb stairs, so consider requesting a room on the second floor until then. While the toiletries could be improved, they were sufficient. The hotel is in a good location, just a 10-minute walk to Liberty Square, Galleria, the metro, and the Old City. Would definitely consider returning for the value, cleanliness, and comfort.
