The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant staff was snobbish and rude, but the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. There isn't much within walking distance besides a couple of small stores and a halal restaurant. The breakfast was disappointing, especially for vegetarians or those who eat halal. Rooms had coffee but lacked milk or creamer, and requesting it meant you had to go to the store or pay extra. No green tea was available in the rooms, and the balcony door wouldn't lock. Overall, the location wasn't great.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfectly situated near the center yet quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The service was excellent! Had a fantastic stay here, offering great value for money. The rooms are cozy and spotless, plus they come with a pleasant balcony. The room service pizza is a must-try, with quality on par with an Italian restaurant — I still miss it even though I've left Georgia. The reception staff were really friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our special room requests with kindness. The lobby bakery is delightful, with yummy pastries and incredible ice cream flavors. It's a wonderful place to stay in Tbilisi.

The Wi-Fi was consistently sluggish, which made it hard to maintain a stable connection during my stay. On top of that, the reception staff wasn't welcoming and made little to no effort to greet guests in a friendly manner. This left a disappointing first impression. My six-day visit did not live up to expectations, and while I’m excited to return to Georgia, I’ll be selecting a different hotel next time.

Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. From the start, the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. The check-in process was slow and chaotic, and no assistance was offered for our luggage. The room was a huge disappointment—small, dark, and not very clean. The bathroom smelled bad, and the towels were thin and worn out. Worst of all, noise from the street and adjacent rooms made it impossible to sleep. The restaurant was a letdown too—overpriced dishes with bland flavors and inattentive service. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included, especially considering the cost, and the options were both limited and uninspired. Overall, not worth the price. There are much better places nearby. Would not recommend and won't be returning.

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were impeccably clean, with spacious bathrooms and everything looked brand new. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and we looked forward to it every morning. The location couldn't be better; just a five-minute walk to pharmacies, supermarkets, and shops, and only a 30-minute walk to the old city. I completely recommend this hotel!

Ужасный отель. Обстановка явно из 70-х и местами сломана. Уборка номеров плохая — кругом волосы и грязь. Шум с улицы невероятно громкий. На седьмом этаже отчётливо слышны сигналы автомобилей и шумные выхлопы. Кондиционер не работает. В комнате невозможно находиться, если на улице теплее 20 градусов. Вода в душе уже в 7 утра в лучшем случае теплая, один раз была горячая в это время. Обои едва держатся на стенах и вот-вот отвалятся. Холодильник есть, но грязный. Завтрак — просто насмешка. Единственное примечательное — свежие блюда из яиц. В общем, это один из худших отелей, в которых я когда-либо был.

The hotel is rated four stars, but the air conditioning wasn't working. We stayed for four nights, and the reception said it wasn't the season to use the AC. Couldn't keep the window open because of traffic noise. We were also charged extra for checking in a few hours early, even though the room was available. Although this was due to Holiday Factory's miscommunication, they should accommodate customers since they have a partnership, to encourage us to return or recommend them. Overall, not satisfied with the experience.

A hotel should offer hospitality, yet there was barely any hot water, and the room was unbearably hot with a non-functional AC. The biggest issue was that the room doors couldn't be locked, leaving us with no sense of security, and this was never fixed during our four-day stay.

This place is a top pick because there's so much fun stuff to do nearby 🎉😉. The rooms weren’t huge, and our giant bag didn’t fit on the floor due to limited space 😭! The restaurant inside was fantastic, offering some Georgian dishes, and if you’re not into those, you can go for pizza, burgers, etc. There was hot water (thankfully🤑), so I didn’t have to take a cold shower at night when I was tired 😅❄️. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious 😋. There was even someone making eggs with the ingredients available 😊.

Stayed for three nights, but it felt like I didn't sleep at all. The noise from footsteps in the hallway and neighboring doors constantly opening and closing was bearable, but my room, numbered 312, couldn't be double-locked, which was worrying. I reported it to the reception, and they promised a technician would fix it, but it never happened. Ended up placing cups by the door at night to alert me if it was accidentally opened with a card. On my last day, I asked for a one-hour late check-out to get some rest. The male receptionist almost agreed, but the female receptionist said it wasn't possible because the room was booked. They did offer a paid extension, but I didn't bother to ask the price knowing the situation. Overall, the hotel looks nice, but the room experience was terrible. Breakfast was average, but the restaurant was excellent and deserves a separate review.

A pleasant place to stay, conveniently located near the city center.

Booked this hotel through holiday factory. Second night was rough because they forgot to clean our room, even after we told the front desk. But we complained, and they fixed it, so all was good. Rest of the stay was nice. Heads up for visitors from Dubai: you won't find a shower hose or bidet in hotels, restaurants, or malls here, so plan accordingly.

We lost our AirPods in the room. After checking out, we contacted the reception via email about this issue, but no one helped us. Also, there’s no floor drain in the bathroom, which is very strange.

The experience was disappointing. The room was dim and noisy, and it felt like the road was inside. I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep between flights. There was also a smell of cigarettes. I’m giving 3 stars overall but 5 stars to the manager, Christina, who was kind and tried to resolve the issue the next morning. Thank you, Christina 🙌🙏! However, the men at reception showed no respect towards women, or at least that's how it seemed to me. Wishing you all the best.

Прекрасное расположение, всё рядом. Рядом есть два магазина, если вдруг понадобится что-то купить. Персонал очень вежливый, чистота на высшем уровне, завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Мы очень довольны нашим пребыванием. Приехали за полтора часа до заселения, попросили оставить багаж и прогуляться до получения номера. Сотрудник проверил, готов ли наш номер, и заселил нас раньше. Отель тихий, небольшой и качественный. Очень рекомендую!

Bei unserer Ankunft war Luka an der Rezeption und er hat uns großartig geholfen. Dank ihm konnten wir problemlos ein Parkticket kaufen. So einen perfekten Service habe ich selten in allen Bereichen erlebt. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Das Hotel ist modern und schick, die Zimmer sind schön. Ein Punkt, den man beachten sollte: Rauchen ist hier normal. Deshalb roch es im Zimmer nach Rauch, und wir haben nicht nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer gefragt, weil ich bezweifle, dass es das gibt.

Batı Gürcistan'ı keşfederken burada iki gece konakladık. Odaların tasarımı çok hoş, ayrıca otelin yeri de oldukça merkezi. Kahvaltı gerçekten mükemmeldi. Tek eksik yan, odalarda taharet musluğunun olmaması. Ancak bu da yurtdışında nadiren bulunan bir şey zaten.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms have been recently renovated, though a few still carry a slight smoke odor, but it’s just a minor issue. The breakfast was amazing, and you could always request something special from the kitchen. The service is outstanding! The staff is friendly and always willing to assist.

I really appreciated their efforts. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant downstairs is very tasty. I'm enjoying my time here. I moved from another hotel nearby because the room quality there didn't meet my expectations, even though the price per night is similar. The difference in room and service quality is remarkable.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The service was terrible. We hung a "clean the room" sign, but returned to find the room still a mess. Dishes from our dinner were left out, and the bathroom trash bin was full. The Wi-Fi was so poor I had to use my own data, which is inexcusable for a hotel near the city. Sleeping was impossible due to noise from the street. It's definitely not suitable for families with babies. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited choices and what seemed like leftovers from the previous day. The waitress was rude, clearing our plates without acknowledging us or excusing herself.

Среди недостатков: плохая изоляция окон, из-за которой было шумно, а в комнате чувствовался холодный воздух с улицы. Вечером администратор не мог решить проблемы и предлагал обращаться утром к начальству. Ресторан маленький, что вызывало трудности на завтраке: очереди к кофемашине и горячей кухне, нехватка мест, и еда заканчивалась быстро. На некоторых этажах пожарные выходы были заблокированы. В общем, если нужно просто переночевать и продолжить изучение Тбилиси, отель подойдет.

This is easily one of the top hotels I've experienced. The room was spotless, and the staff was genuinely welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide array of options. The location is very practical. Without a doubt, I'll choose this hotel for my next trip to Tbilisi.

I've stayed here twice this year and appreciate how new and fresh the place feels. However, the rooms are a bit too small for my liking. During breakfast, the servers tend to hover around the tables a lot and often take your plate away before you're done, which can be quite awkward.

The rooms are roomy and peaceful. They are cleaned daily, and the staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend trying the French toast for breakfast.

We visited in September and had a pleasant stay, except for the absence of a Muslim shower in the bathroom. Everything else was just right.

This place is new and offers delicious food, excellent coffee, and a very friendly and courteous staff. A great spot to stay in the beautiful city of Tbilisi.
