Incredible place to stay in Tbilisi, conveniently located near downtown with exceptional services. The staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is really good. The cheese selection during breakfast is my favorite—absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pricing for the quality offered is excellent. Huge thanks to Mariam and her friend for being so nice and friendly during breakfast, and Michal at reception is such a pleasant person. The bathroom has a shower for the toilet, which is a great addition. Considering the price, this hotel is awesome, and they offer halal breakfast.

Absolutely recommend! The view is fantastic, and the location is perfect. Everything is spotless. The staff is amazing, especially George at the front desk, and the friendly ladies, Maryam and Liza, at the restaurant!

Pleasant hotel, although there are plenty of stairs inside, so be ready to carry your bags around. Breakfast was enjoyable. The view was quite nice, despite a few construction sites blocking part of it, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, a nice place to stay and worth recommending.

The hotel offers a variety of rooms differing in view, bath, and size. We spent 5 days there and had two rooms. The room on the third floor provided a stunning view of the city, while the one on the second floor lacked any view. The staff was friendly, particularly the receptionist, who answered all our questions thoroughly and pleasantly. The breakfast was average for a 4-star establishment. The location is excellent, with easy access to tourist spots; everything is close enough to reach on foot or by bus. Keep in mind that walking times can differ from those shown on Google Maps due to the hilly streets. The “Bolt” app is a cost-effective alternative to taxis, similar to Uber.

Spent a few days in this hotel during my trip to Georgia. It was clean and located in a safe area. The rooms on the first floor felt cramped; I recommend choosing rooms on higher floors for more space. The view from here is amazing. However, the location is a bit far from the main square in Tbilisi, so be prepared to travel a bit. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay, and during this time of the year, there's only a heater available in the rooms, making them quite warm.

We hebben hier een week doorgebracht. Het hotel is mooi en schoon, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is prima, halverwege de berg, met een prachtig uitzicht over Tbilisi vanuit het restaurant. Het centrum ligt niet ver weg en is gemakkelijk te bereiken met een taxi, wat ook nog eens betaalbaar is. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en vers. We komen zeker terug.

При этом до станции метро можно дойти всего за 10-15 минут, а там есть множество магазинов и ресторанов. Поездка сюда — отличная идея для любого, кто хочет найти спокойствие вдали от городской суеты.

Единственное, что можно улучшить — это разнообразие на завтрак, особенно для тех, кто остается на несколько дней. Чередование блюд сделало бы его еще лучше. Уборка проводилась регулярно и качественно, но время ее проведения постоянно менялось, что немного усложняло планирование.

Учитывая, что отель расположен на возвышенности, путь обратно может быть немного сложным, но приложения вроде Bolt или Yandex Taxi решают эту проблему. Всего за 4-5 лари можно добраться от центральной части города до отеля — это очень доступно.

В целом, этот отель — настоящий жемчужина с изысканным дизайном, просторными номерами и дружелюбным персоналом в живописном месте. Независимо от продолжительности визита, его стоит посетить.

Amazing suite for the price!

الفندق مريح وجميل جداً، مع إطلالة رائعة. قد يكون الارتفاع غير مناسب للبعض، لكن لم يكن مشكلة لي ولعائلتي. النظافة ممتازة، وكل احتياجات الحمام متوفرة، بما في ذلك الشطاف. قضيت هناك 3 أيام، ثم عدت مرة أخرى بعد أسبوع وأقمت 3 أيام إضافية. الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون جداً. الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ، ونخص بالشكر الموظف أحمد المصري على لطفه ومساعدته الكبيرة. تجربة أود تكرارها.

Отель в целом неплохой, но есть несколько моментов. Жили три дня в представительском люксе. При заезде в номере обнаружили много пыли, мебель уже немного поизносилась. В ванной комнате не хватает полок, для четырёх полотенец всего две вешалки. Кофемашины в номере нет, а минибар оплачивается отдельно, цены нигде не указаны, узнаёшь только при расчёте. Завтраки довольно простые. Люкс расположен на третьем этаже, лифта нет. Ресторан находится на четвёртом — чтобы позавтракать, нужно спуститься вниз, пройти через холл и подняться. Лифт к ресторану есть, но он очень маленький, в него помещается два человека, поэтому утром можно ждать до 15 минут. Отель расположен высоко, и подъём пешком может быть утомительным, особенно для пожилых людей. Сейчас перед отелем идёт строительство, так что в люксе шумно из-за работ. За такую цену ожидали большего комфорта.

Stayed for three nights from October 14th to 17th. Initially, everything seemed fine. However, on the second night, our room got infested with insects. I removed several and contacted reception. They sent someone who handled them manually, but didn’t offer to change our room. After they left, we found the curtain was crawling with them. I had to remove another seven insects by myself. The staff just laughed it off, saying it's common. My wife has a phobia of insects and couldn’t sleep all night. The breakfast included was awful—days old, not fresh, and absolutely inedible. That was the most disgusting food I've ever seen. I wouldn’t serve it to homeless people or even a street dog. There were about 40 bugs living inside the curtain.

The place is clean and quite luxurious. I really enjoyed my stay, though there were a few minor imperfections.

Spent five days at this lovely and modern hotel. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with everything. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, although the bread wasn't fresh for three days. Some essential hygiene products like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath hat are missing in the room, but you can request them at the reception. The location is convenient, close to several tourist spots, although it is situated on a hill; it takes about 15 minutes to walk down to Liberty Square and about 35-40 minutes to walk back up. It's clean and peaceful overall. One inconvenience is the lack of a ramp at the entrance and steps to the elevator, so carrying luggage can be a bit challenging. Despite some minor issues, it’s a recommended place to stay.

The rooms are compact. The hotel offers a nice view. Breakfast in the morning is quite average.

Antione was truly outstanding. He provided great assistance with our trip and was very helpful to us. The rooms and views offer good value for the price, and the location is close to the main attractions. The service was prompt and efficient.

Georgia, while surrounded by stunning natural beauty, often misses the mark on hospitality, warmth, and smiles. Our guide, Gigo, was exceptional, and the Indian restaurants close to Liberty Square were fantastic.

Одно из лучших мест, в которых я останавливался в Грузии. Чисто, стильно и подходит для семейного отдыха. Большинство гостей — арабы и туристы из стран Персидского залива. Обслуживание быстрое, персонал очень отзывчивый. Я пришел без бронирования, и оказалось много доступных номеров по цене, как на Booking. В ванной есть биде, мебель отличная, завтрак включен и довольно хороший. Есть Wi-Fi и скидка 20% на массаж. Единственный минус — находится на горе, поэтому нужны транспортные средства, чтобы спуститься или подняться, но вид с балкона просто потрясающий. Если вернусь в Тбилиси, точно выберу его еще раз.

The experience here was deeply disappointing. The service was atrocious; staff were unhelpful and did not respond to simple requests.

Service: Completely unacceptable. Staff ignored multiple requests for basic amenities and lacked any form of professionalism.

Facilities: No water in the evenings, which made it hard to do basic things like wash up before bed. Room service was a disaster, with orders either wrong or not arriving.

Cleanliness: The hotel's hygiene left much to be desired. The lobby was dirty, setting a negative impression from the start, and the cleanliness issues were evident throughout the hotel.

Lift: The elevator was tiny and uncomfortable, becoming very inconvenient during busy times.

The only positive was the view from the room, offering a nice glimpse of the nearby area. However, this was not enough to make up for the otherwise disappointing stay.

Overall, I cannot recommend this place unless there are major improvements in service, staff training, and facility maintenance.

During the breakfast buffet, food items were never restocked. One morning, when we went to use the restroom, there was no water available. The reception told us it would take 30 minutes for the water to come back.

Взяли "представительский люкс" с балконом и ванной. Уборка в номере была на высоте: много полотенец, которые часто меняли, и были халаты. Но кофе-машины, обещанной на букинге, в номере не оказалось, а матрас следовало бы заменить из-за продавленности. Пытались заранее заказать вино и закуски в номер из-за позднего прилета — не получилось, хотя в переписке не отказали. Завтраки хорошие, голодными не оставались: хлеб, сыры, мясные изделия и выпечка, а также фрукты и овощи. Отель расположен почти в лесу, поэтому тихо, поют птицы, но до центра всего 15 минут пешком, так что это удобно. В крайнем случае, можно воспользоваться недорогим такси.

Сотрудники просто замечательные, обслуживание на высоте, все чисто и безопасно. Очень удобное расположение — почти в центре.

We stayed at this hotel from March 18 to March 25, 2024. The location offers beautiful views but is difficult for elderly guests to navigate. Here are some issues we faced:

Negative Points:
1. We booked a twin bedroom for 7 nights, but we were given a cramped double room instead. When we asked for a change, the response was unsatisfactory: "Since you're here for a week, we can't do anything. For shorter stays, we could switch your room." We had to endure this discomfort the whole time.

2. The breakfast was well below average. The choices were very limited, and the quality was disappointing, especially the stale bread. It's a shame to find such poor bread in a region famous for its wine, cheese, and bread. For the last three days, I had to buy fresh bread from a nearby bakery and bring it to the restaurant. Although the lady manager tried hard to improve the experience, it seemed beyond her control.

3. Over the last three days, breakfast options dwindled even more. There was a clear lack of fruits and, surprisingly, no butter. When we asked, they simply said butter wasn't available anymore. This was quite frustrating.

Positive Points:
1. The hotel was very clean. The cleaning staff worked hard all day to maintain a sanitary environment.

2. The lady at the reception, with red highlights in her hair, was genuinely helpful, which made our stay a bit more pleasant.

3. The staff was generally friendly, but the high-level management appears to need improvement.

Overall, despite good cleanliness and some helpful staff, the negative aspects ruined our experience, and I don't think this place deserves 4 stars. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The hotel has a beautiful location with a view overlooking old Tbilisi from the restaurant porch. It's very close to Mtatsminda amusement park, just a 5-minute walk away, though I didn't visit as I found out about it on the last day. The rooms are quite small, but a balcony room offers a great view. Unfortunately, the front desk staff aren't very friendly, and you shouldn't expect top-notch service. They don't provide dental kits, so bring your own. Breakfast options are very limited and repetitive; we had the same choices every day during our 3-day stay.

Avoid booking in this hotel in Tbilisi. It's the worst place I've ever stayed. The breakfast is terrible, with the same options for five days straight! One day, the sausages were gone within an hour, and they didn't refill them. The staff just said it was finished and didn't care. The hotel staff in general are not welcoming at all. My room had a horrible smell coming from somewhere, maybe the exhaust. This place doesn't even deserve half a star, definitely not the four stars it's rated. There are stairs everywhere without an elevator, both in the lobby and to the rooms. I will never book here again. This hotel is simply not an option, ever! I had to click one star just to post this review, but it honestly deserves zero.

The food is not good. I can't even explain the breakfasts, in a word the child will cook better. The place is not bad but the cook is not any. Pretty friendly place. The service staff is nice. But the food kills the whole service!

This place is definitely not up to four-star standards. The smell on the second floor was awful, and the room we had was no better. After complaining, we were given another room, but the stench persisted, obviously coming from the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. There was only one pancake left, and when I asked if they'd restock, they told me once it's finished, it's not refilled. Just pancakes, not some expensive item! If you don’t get to breakfast right when it opens, you'll be left with scraps. Additionally, there were no bathrobes, slippers, dental kits, or even an iron, which makes me question how this place is rated four stars. The shower gel in the bathroom was mostly water. Overall, avoid staying here unless absolutely necessary. For a bit more money, you can stay at the Marriot, which offers much better value.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were quite small. The service was just okay. If you're traveling from the UAE, remember to bring a round pin adapter since all hotels in Georgia use them.

For the price, this was a fantastic stay. My friends and I were there from December 27th to January 1st, and we reserved a total of six rooms. The place is spotless, beautifully designed, with super friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. I didn't feel the need for a five-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Tbilisi. Absolutely a 10/10.

Хочу выразить благодарность шеф-повару ресторана, особенно за рецепт хинкали. По всей видимости, его имя - Мириан, как я услышала в YouTube. Благодаря его идеальному рецепту, я смогла приготовить великолепные хинкали из баранины, добавив к ним Кузьмина. Весь процесс приготовления, начиная от теста, прошел идеально благодаря этому видеоролику. Результат превзошел все ожидания - хинкали получились изумительными, сочными, просто бесподобными. Это были самые вкусные хинкали из всех, которые мы когда-либо пробовали!

Необычная архитектура, великолепные виды на Тбилиси, удобная доступность метро (10-15 минут, хотя от метро до отеля приходится идти в гору) и близость к самым живописным улицам с барами, винотеками и ресторанами на любой вкус и кошелек – вот что делает это место особенным. Рядом с отелем начинаются пешеходные тропы, ведущие вверх, к Мтацминде (не для слабых:).

Номера великолепны, с качественной мебелью, а завтраки в отеле представляют собой изысканный шведский стол.

Адамо имеет прекрасное расположение и внимательный персонал. Но у них явно не хватает кадров. Поскольку чьи-то тарелки с едой оставались в общей зоне более чем на 24 часа. Завтрак был в порядке, ничего особенного. Но великолепный вид из зоны для завтрака.
Комната была слишком маленькой. Хорошая терраса, однако. Нам было очень тепло в отеле, и мы пожаловались на это на стойку регистрации. Подумайте только, они сказали, что это центральная система, и ничем не могли помочь. Мы спали с открытой дверью на террасу.

Breakfast was alright, not particularly remarkable, although the view from the breakfast area was impressive. The room felt too small, but the terrace was nice. This hotel is awful, I can't understand why it has a 4-star rating. There are black stains resembling feces near the toilet. The TV doesn't have a signal. The data service on my sim card is weak, and the Wi-Fi is no better—pages just keep loading. The room only has cold air, and the shower heater doesn't work. I had to turn off the air conditioning to stop freezing. The reception area is even warmer than the room, thankfully, there is hot water. The restaurant staff is unhelpful. I ordered a sunny side up egg, waited 15 minutes, and learned my order wasn't placed. Another staff member then said they couldn’t make it, only to come back and say it would take 10 minutes. I received scrambled eggs after another 20 minutes. When I mentioned the mistake, I was rudely told scrambled and sunny side up eggs are the same. The fruit was rotten, looking like it had been there for weeks. My access card stopped working on the last day, even though I hadn't checked out yet.

Spent 10 days here. The internet connection was terrible and breakfast was disappointing. There weren’t any decent options for breakfast. 👎👎👎

A week ago, I stayed with my family. The hotel is beautiful and uniquely designed. Our room was roomy and had a balcony with a view of the main road and the entire city of Tbilisi. Positioned on a hill, it offers an excellent view. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Rustaveli Street, which is the city center. The breakfast had a good variety and changed daily. Housekeeping was swift, and the room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The staff is unhelpful and treats clients as the lowest priority. It is not worth the price. The awards this hotel receives are honestly a joke.

This feels like a 3-star place. We got the tiniest room with a view of a wall on the ground floor. The receptionist was completely unresponsive, just a blank stare. The restaurant on the 4th floor is severely understaffed. The food is good, thanks to waitress Tako who does an amazing job. However, the chef has a serious attitude problem. When I asked why mushroom soup takes 45 minutes, he actually came out to see who asked the question!

Просто превосходное место, от внутреннего убранства, до видов, которые открываются с балконов. Отель создает себе репутацию по настоящему элитного заведения с качественным сервисом. Что-ж, если составлять общее мнение, то место отличное, но выглядит дорогим. Если мне будут позволять финансовые средства, то я с большой охотой проведу свой отдых в подобном месте.

Первое , что приводит в восторг - это интерьер . Красиво , современно и со вкусом . Из номеров открывается вид на город , рядом расположены достопримечательности . Завтраки и спа-процедуры приносят особое удовольствие .
