Disrespectful treatment of patrons.

The service was incredibly slow, and the staff was not helpful at this location when I visited around 1:30 pm.

The experience with the staff was highly disappointing and unpleasant. They acted very unprofessionally and refused to take orders promptly. When they finally did, the service took an unreasonable amount of time. Even worse, when I tried to inquire about the delay or clarify anything, I encountered rude and vulgar language. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I hope management takes strict action to address this issue and ensures proper training and discipline for the staff.

The price to portion size ratio is just absurd 😀 The shawarma on the left is medium, while the one on the right is meant to be the largest on the menu. Paid 14 GEL for it, which is quite expensive considering local prices. Honestly, they're basically the same size; one is just thicker and the other longer. The service is really disappointing, especially when you know the standard shawarma size in Georgia. Ordered via Wolt, and the restaurant wouldn't admit this isn't right. Giving them 2 stars only because the taste is at least okay.

A fantastic spot for shawarma, exclusively for takeaway with no seating inside. The flavors are delightful and they even have a veggie shawarma, ideal for vegetarians. While it takes a bit of time to prepare, the fresh and tasty result makes it worth the wait.

The food was decent, but the girl at the cashier was extremely rude. It made me feel unwelcome. Every time I buy food here, I feel insulted or embarrassed. The guys are polite, though. I've bought a shawarma five times, but sometimes I avoid this place because of her. It seems she dislikes tourists or people from other countries because she has to speak English. Please address this issue. Thanks.

5-минутную задачу растягивают на 20-25 минут. Особо это заметно в ночную смену. Никому не советую, ужасный сервис.

В моей шаурме куча перца, хотя я заказывал без него! Если уж предлагаете опцию "без перца", так следуйте этому. Остальное было неплохим. Размер порции большой.

Absolutely recommended! I ordered a double cheeseburger combo through the Glovo app, and it arrived super quickly. The taste was divine! 😊❤️ The portion size was surprisingly large—the burger itself was massive! The cheese sauce inside had a unique flavor, a mix of pickles, cheese, and pepper, which I absolutely loved. Honestly, as someone who's really picky about burgers, I was impressed with how tasty it was. I ended up ordering it again the next day. Now I have two go-to places for burgers in Tbilisi, and this is definitely one of them. 😅

This place is among the top spots in the city. They've maintained their quality consistently over the years. Shawarma is such a simple dish, yet getting it right is a challenge. Just slice the meat and wrap it in bread. Quentin Tarantino would give his approval.

If you want to waste your time, order here. I waited over 45 minutes for a single burger, and it happened twice. The food tastes good, but the service quality is a zero.

ავიტანჯე მახინჯი მომსახურებით და უხარისხო პროდუქტით. მივიღე დამწვარი ბურგერი და გადაცვლაზე მითხრეს უარი. მაცნობეს, რომ პროდუქტის ხარისხზე პასუხს არ აგებდნენ. ბურგერის პურები სხვანაირი ყოფილა და არ აინტერესებთ დამწვარი იქნება თუ რა. ფრი იყო საშინლად მლაშე და ცუდ ზეთში შემწვარი. ასეთი დამოკიდებულებით ეს ობიექტი ვერ წავა წინ. ვერ ვუწევ მადლობას ასეთ მომსახურებას და იმედი მაქვს ბევრი მომხმარებელი დაკარგავენ.

Ужасное обслуживание. Ожидали 2 бургера больше 40 минут, хотя девушка сообщила, что ждать нужно 20 минут. Когда заказ наконец-то отдали, даже извинений не последовало. Еда обычная, ничего примечательного и явно не стоит такой потери времени. Хорошо, что рядом есть ещё пара мест с шаурмой и другим фастфудом, где готовят быстрее.

Shawarma filling is too little for the size of the flatbread.

I often choose this spot for shaurma. Although my last visit wasn't as perfect as before, I still recommend it. I think the chef might have been off their game that day. I won't judge based on a single experience. Usually, it's always excellent.

This place is among my favorite spots for shawarma in Tbilisi. The meat has a unique smokey taste that sets it apart from the usual shawarma in the city. The Mexican hotdog was also quite good.

Die Shaurma zum Mitnehmen war leider innen größtenteils kalt und außen nicht knusprig genug. Geschmacklich war sie wie gewohnt sehr gut, jedoch innen nur etwas warm bis ganz kalt. Daher nur 1 Stern.
