I don't usually write reviews unless the experience is either really great or really bad. The shawarma here was a huge letdown and ruined my dinner. Instead of the expected tomatoes, I found just one tiny piece! The chicken was also very disappointingโ€”dry, overcooked, and with tough, greasy edges on every piece. I couldn't even finish half of it. You really need to rethink your recipe or the person making the shawarma. After living in Georgia for six years, I can confidently say this was not worth it.

The food was good until I discovered a bug. I used to order from this place a lot, but now I've lost my appetite. Please work on better hygiene.

The service was incredibly slow, and the staff was not helpful at this location when I visited around 1:30 pm.

The experience with the staff was highly disappointing and unpleasant. They acted very unprofessionally and refused to take orders promptly. When they finally did, the service took an unreasonable amount of time. Even worse, when I tried to inquire about the delay or clarify anything, I encountered rude and vulgar language. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I hope management takes strict action to address this issue and ensures proper training and discipline for the staff.
