Went in for just 2 donuts. Had to use a machine to order. It took 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

I ordered coffee and two donuts. The girl at the register looked really unhappy. Maybe I spoke too softly, but I made my order clear. She asked if it was for here or to go, but I had to repeat myself several times because she spoke so quietly. I don't understand Georgian, so I didn't notice what was on the screen. She charged me a very small amount, which made me ask if it was really for two donuts and coffee. She didn't get it, and someone in line helped me out. Fine, I paid. I waited for my coffee, and they gave me hot when I specifically asked for cold. I didn't check my order at the register, and when I got home, I found two identical donuts, even though I ordered two different ones. Please, pay attention in the morning.

Service was okay, but my friend and I had a terrible reaction after eating their chocolate croissant and mocha latte for breakfast. We suffered from diarrhea and nausea all day. Never going back!

Spent 20 minutes waiting and still didn't receive the donut.

Coffee was okay, but the service was disappointing. The menu board listed a banana & Nutella donut, which wasn't actually available. We had to change our order twice because they also didn't have the plain Nutella donut. The other donut options were terrible. If something is missing from the menu, it should be updated. On a positive note, the security woman was kind. I usually come here more than once a week, but this was the first bad experience.

Нет тарелок. Еду выдают на подносе или в пакетике. Кофе никакой, а стоит дорого. Туалета не предусмотрено. Единственное радует — уборщица, которая была с нами мила и шутливым настроением немного скрасила впечатление.

The staff here is pleasant and welcoming. The food is decent.

Nice spot, but the food quality here isn't up to par with other branches. They've served us cold meals a couple of times; warm on the outside and frozen on the inside. Plus, they've removed the restroom facilities, so keep that in mind when you visit.

It took too long for just a small order.

The service was terrible, the staff were extremely rude, and the munchkin was stale. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this place.

Tasted the nutella banana donut and ginger cookies latte, as well as the chocolate frappuccino blended muffin. Everything was flavorful and enjoyable.

The donuts are quite ordinary, nothing outstanding. I'm not bothered at all that this food chain isn't present in Poland.

I love the coffee here; it's consistently fantastic. However, I faced a huge inconvenience—there was no bathroom available. Being 9 months pregnant, this was a significant issue for me. When I asked the staff if there was an alternative or another restroom I could use, they responded negatively and seemed quite displeased.

This is the worst place of its kind in Georgia. It's Saturday, and according to Google, they close at 1 a.m. We showed up at 11:50 p.m., and they told us they were already closed. They didn't even bother to help. The staff was incredibly rude.

They were unhelpful and didn’t provide a lid for the hot coffee cup. I asked for a different cup, but they refused my request?!

Last week, I ordered two drinks here, and the experience was awful. The girl with glasses, an ugly piercing, and bad eye makeup laughed like her job was a joke. Her colleague took an absurdly long twenty minutes to prepare the drinks while the rest of the staff stood around doing nothing. The cafe was filthy with food spilled on tables and chairs. The drinks were watery and tasted terrible, even worse than the terrible service. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Incredibly slow service. Expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes just for a coffee. Only one person was working. Definitely avoid this place.

Ничего особенного: стандартные пончики и вкусный кофе. Но не советую брать здесь хотдоги — они слишком маленькие.

Visited in December 2022. The cafe is situated among various commercial spots and close to universities. The majority of people there were local and international students.
