This store is one of the top choices in its category in the city. I often recommend it to others. We've gotten boots, clothing, and gloves here. The staff speaks English fluently. I once forgot to pick up my 50 GEL change, and when I returned two weeks later, they recognized me immediately and returned the money. It was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

Upon visiting the store, the salesperson quoted me a lower price and I mentioned I would return. When I came back, the price was suddenly 150% higher. They claimed it was a mistake, saying the lower price was for a different product, which the salesperson didn't know. I asked for a discount on the product we initially discussed, but received nothing extra. I traveled across the entire city just to get back to the shop. This is not honest business. Edit: You focus on improving service only if the customer covers your mistakes. This isn't the right way to conduct business.

Однако женского ассортимента, особенно в велосегменте, заметно меньше. Цены без скидок могут быть высокими. Магазин удобно расположен рядом со станцией метро "Медицинский университет". Приятный персонал говорит на нескольких языках и отлично разбирается в ассортименте. На цокольном этаже есть прокат лыжного и туристического снаряжения.

Absolutely amazing shop! I was looking for crampons for ski touring, which I couldn't find in my home country, and discovered them in Georgia at this store. The owner was incredibly helpful with everything, from processing the payment for overseas goods to handling the paperwork for international delivery and coordinating with the courier. Be aware that there are absolutely NO RETURNS here! I purchased trekking boots, and once I got home, I found that the size was off. Even with trekking socks, my heel kept slipping no matter how tightly I laced them. I contacted the store, but they informed me there were no returns, even though I kept all the tags and had the receipt. They only offered an exchange for a different size. Unfortunately, the smaller size didn't fit either.

Great shop with friendly and well-informed staff, plus fair prices. I scored an excellent sleeping bag deal below the regular market price. Adding bivy sacks would be a great idea.

We arranged everything through an online company, but it went wrong and we weren't informed. When we arrived, the store had no bikes available. However, the owner was extremely helpful and connected us with his network. Thanks to him, we got bikes from another shop within 30 minutes. Big shoutout to the owner for his help during our little crisis!💪

Probably the best place you'll find in Tbilisi for this. They mostly have Patagonia and Black Diamond for clothes, and a limited but high-quality camping gear collection. Rentals are available, which is a nice perk. A minor drawback was they only had one sleeping bag, and it was crammed into its compression sack like it was meant to be there forever. It’s not great for checking the temperature ratings, just so you know.

Natia came to my rescue when my bike pedal broke during a tour through Georgia. I was quite far from Tbilisi and any bike shop. I reached out to them and asked if they could send new pedals via mashrutka, as mail would take three days. I paid online and got the pedals the same day. It was an unusual request, but Natia didn't hesitate to help, allowing me to continue my tour. A huge thanks to Natia and the team!
