Excellent expertise and service. My son and I came prepared to climb Mt Kazbek but were missing a few crucial pieces of gear. They had everything we needed in stock, in every size. Thanks for the assistance!

Excellent store for all your adventure gear needs. They frequently offer discounts on various brands.

The staff is rude. They have zero interest in making a sale :)))

This store is one of the top choices in its category in the city. I often recommend it to others. We've gotten boots, clothing, and gloves here. The staff speaks English fluently. I once forgot to pick up my 50 GEL change, and when I returned two weeks later, they recognized me immediately and returned the money. It was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

Upon visiting the store, the salesperson quoted me a lower price and I mentioned I would return. When I came back, the price was suddenly 150% higher. They claimed it was a mistake, saying the lower price was for a different product, which the salesperson didn't know. I asked for a discount on the product we initially discussed, but received nothing extra. I traveled across the entire city just to get back to the shop. This is not honest business. Edit: You focus on improving service only if the customer covers your mistakes. This isn't the right way to conduct business.

Great service and a wide selection!
