The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the fountain. All major attractions are within walking distance. The service was exceptional. Breakfast was satisfying. The rooms were spotless. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Kutaisi.

The greatest advantage is the rooms. I was hoping to enjoy some quality time on the terrace, as shown in the brochures. Unfortunately, I was disappointed upon reaching the top. The garden furniture was damaged, and the terrace was dirty and not well-prepared for guests. The breakfast was also average for such a hotel, offering just the basics.

After our trip from the mountains, the friendly welcome from the staff made all the difference. Sandor took our bags while we chatted about sports, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with laundry. Much appreciated!

Amazing place to stay.

Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a noisy hostel. Around midnight, a group of intoxicated people showed up, loudly shouting and running down the hallway. At 1 a.m., I requested the reception to address the noise, but they took no action. By 2:20 a.m., I had to call the reception again and warned that if they couldn't handle the situation, I would involve the police. One morning, at 9:30 a.m., the cleaning staff started vacuuming empty rooms, adding to the noise and ensuring no chance of sleep.

This hotel combines a chic, modern style with an unbeatable location. The staff are so warm and welcoming, they feel like lifelong friends. It's an excellent base for discovering Kutaisi—convenient, cozy, and brings pure joy. A truly exceptional find!

Uroczy hotel w atrakcyjnej cenie. Obsługa jest bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Drinki oferowane są w dobrej cenie i najwyższej jakości. Śniadanie smaczne, chociaż mogłoby zawierać więcej gruzińskich dań i większy wybór herbat. Kawa z ekspresu oraz sałatka owocowa mogłyby być miłym dodatkiem. Minusem jest nieco zabrudzona wykładzina w pokoju. Gorąco polecam, z pewnością tu wrócę.

Определённо рекомендую!

The bathroom was one of the finest European styles I've encountered, featuring an excellent shower. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, including scrambled eggs and fresh coffee. I would gladly visit again.

Расположение, конечно, удобное, но вид комнат в реальности не оправдал ожиданий. Нас разочаровало ковровое покрытие на полу, а кондиционер не смог исправить неприятный запах в воздухе. Балкон был не убран после предыдущих жильцов, что оставило неприятное впечатление, хоть такое случалось и в других странах. Стандартная комната показалась слишком тесной для своей стоимости — большую часть занимала кровать. Однако лобби выглядело презентабельно, а персонал, дружелюбный и владеющий английским, оставил хорошее впечатление.

A lovely small hotel with incredibly sweet receptionists who made the stay delightful. We stayed in a room with one large bed and a sofa bed, which comfortably fit two adults and three kids. The room was compact yet well-organized and clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast and restaurant were decent, and in my opinion, better than what was available in Tbilisi. It's a great spot for a short stay while exploring the city.

The hotel has a nice location, but the food was average. We encountered an issue with our reservation; we booked for two nights but were surprised to find it was only for one. The staff did not assist us and instead sent us to a very gloomy hotel.
