Schönes Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Tolle Lage, Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Parkplätze direkt gegenüber.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location.

Las habitaciones son amplias y adecuadas, aunque algo ruidosas por la ubicación central del hotel. El servicio en recepción no fue muy amable; al hacer un par de preguntas, no mostraron actitud de ayudar. El desayuno es aceptable, pero el diseño del área hace que se formen largas colas cuando hay mucha gente.

The room design at this hotel is completely unacceptable. It's almost built around the elevator shaft, which means the noise and vibrations from the lift are audible all night long. Every time the elevator moves, it shakes the walls and creates a constant disturbance. I hardly slept and dealt with significant stress and insomnia because of it. It’s irresponsible to design guest rooms like this.

What made things worse was the response from reception. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply suggested I request a room away from the lift next time. That misses the point entirely. I wouldn’t mind a room near an elevator, but this room was practically inside the lift system. Guests shouldn’t have to foresee such a poorly designed room.

The location is a mixed bag. It's centrally located, but the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear barking dogs, car alarms, traffic, and people talking outside all night. Combined with the elevator noise, the room was unbearable.

I'm extremely disappointed with this stay.

1ヶ月の滞在中、一度も不満を感じることはなかった。それが全ての答えだと思う。1914年に建てられた旧裁判所を改装した4つ星のホテルで、短期間の旅行者だけでなく、長期滞在でも「部屋の清潔さ」と「スタッフとの関係」において手を抜かなかった。客室は細かいところまで管理されており、スタッフは何度会っても感じの良い対応をしてくれた。ルーフトップからのコーカサス山脈の眺めは、何度見ても飽きることがなかった。クタイシで長く過ごすなら、ここ以外は考えられない。

Wir haben dort sehr gut zu Abend gegessen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt köstliche vegetarische Gerichte, die Falafel-Bowl war großartig! Der Lava-Kuchen ist ein echtes Highlight! Nur zu empfehlen!

The room we stayed in was quite dirty. There was a fly in the bathroom and two in the bedroom. When we asked to change rooms, the hotel refused. Instead, they came around midnight to try to catch the fly, which was very inappropriate since it was already late and we wanted to sleep. Additionally, the door lock was malfunctioning. Instead of moving us to another room, they only fixed the lock. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
