The accommodation is situated on a peaceful hillside, which makes it a bit challenging to reach if you're walking with luggage. It's conveniently located near a church. The shared spaces are tidy, and the kids there are adorable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place. It's conveniently close to the center, although it's located on a hill. The breakfast was a delightful addition. The staff is friendly, and you'll find everything you might need. The bed was comfy, there was a lamp and towel, and the bathroom always had toilet paper.

The location is relatively decent, but be prepared for an uphill walk. It's not ideal if you have large luggage or health issues. There are ongoing renovations, so the exterior is underwhelming, and the inside feels a bit cluttered. On the positive side, the bathrooms are spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the beds are cozy. While I'd consider staying here again, it's important to manage expectations before arrival.

Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us immediately, but they did answer the phone and the children let us in. The overall comfort was lacking, with a few stains on the bed. The host was friendly but not very available. The place does offer a lovely garden and a nice terrace. Be prepared for a bit of a walk uphill. They also have a small shop in their living room if you need to buy some food.

Атмосфера располагает к общению, и познакомиться с другими людьми очень легко. Владельцы и волонтеры очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Однажды вечером они даже играли на гитаре и пели русские и английские песни. Рекомендую остановиться здесь!

A wonderful place to stay in Kutaisi, and potentially all of Georgia, situated conveniently near the city’s main church offering stunning views. The atmosphere is homely, making it feel like you’re in someone’s private residence. The guests are typically travelers or backpackers from various countries, providing great opportunities for interesting conversations.

The place was somewhat disappointing. As soon as you enter, there’s a strong odor, possibly due to dampness, which they might be trying to mask by covering the ceiling with a shiny material. We stayed for two days. The host lady was very sweet and the sheets were clean. The location was a bit far from the center, and it required going uphill, so we used Bolt for transportation, which was quite affordable. There were only two toilets and bathrooms, and since other guests didn’t keep them clean, I avoided using them unless absolutely necessary.

The hostel is situated relatively close to the city center. Each bed has curtains, providing a bit of privacy, and there is a power outlet next to every bed. The bathroom is spacious. However, since the hostel is on a hill, getting there from the center involves a steep climb. It can be noisy in the evening because some guests do not respect the quiet hours and play guitar at 11 PM. There are lockers for backpacks in the hallway.

I really enjoyed my time at this hostel. It's the cleanest I've visited, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's located about a 10-15 minute walk from the Tourist Information Center where you can catch a shuttle to the airport. They have guitars and board games for guests. Meals are offered at a very affordable price.

This hostel is an amazing place to relax, meet new people, and learn board games. The hosts have created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and are extremely kind. Conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from the city center and the Bagrati Cathedral, perfect for a peaceful morning or witnessing a stunning sunset over Kutaisi. Offers a workspace for remote work, a full kitchen, and comfortable rooms and common areas. A complete breakfast available for 10 GEL is highly recommended. Lunches and dinners are also offered, which is great after a full day of exploring. The experience was wonderful, with direct and friendly communication from the owners, who are always attentive. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel at home and part of a family with other travelers; the vibe is excellent. I would have extended my stay because it truly is a quiet and cozy place. Whether you're here to relax or explore Kutaisi and Georgia, it's worth visiting for the people you'll meet, the information and tours available, the facilities, and the hostel's atmosphere. My friend Júlia and I stayed here and felt very comfortable. It was delightful to share the space with Alexey and Helen and enjoy the atmosphere. This is a growing family-run project, and we hope they have great success! The facility is excellent: the room was tidy, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. And by the way, breakfast is only 10 lari (around €3.5)! It’s a 10-minute walk from the center of Kutaisi, and you can quickly reach the cathedral, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Самый неприятный опыт в отношении дружелюбия менеджеров этого заведения. Перед визитом уточнил количество коек в общежитии, и мне сказали, что их четыре. Прибыв, увидел, что коек пятнадцать. Когда попросил скидку или другую комнату, получил лишь 5% скидку. Даже хуже — менеджеры начали злиться и заявили, что я с ними плохо обращаюсь. Всё закончилось тем, что меня выгнали, грозя вызвать полицию, если не уйду немедленно. Переписка на WhatsApp только усугубила конфликт. Для меня было шоком холодное и агрессивное поведение сотрудников. Если бы они реагировали спокойнее, этого отзыва бы не было. В итоге, всё случилось из-за неверной информации о количестве коек, которую они предоставили.

I initially intended to stay for a few days but ended up spending several weeks. On my journey around the world, this is by far the best hostel I've encountered. If you appreciate a warm atmosphere, sociable guests, outstanding hosts, and making new friends, this is the perfect spot. The facilities are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They even offer meals every day if you want. I have met some amazing people here and hope to keep in touch with them. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The name truly reflects its spirit.

We stayed for one night with our 4-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter. The room was spacious, and the beds were cozy. The hosts were extremely friendly, and our son had fun playing with their children. We hope to return someday!

Прекрасное место! Из всех мест в Грузии здесь самые удобные ступеньки на кроватях — это заслуживает отдельной похвалы! Наличие шторок на кроватях — огромный плюс для тех, кто ценит приватность. Очень чисто и тихо, есть возможность постирать вещи и принять душ. Уютная атмосфера располагает к тому, чтобы поиграть в настольные игры и пообщаться с замечательными хозяевами.

Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu centrum i najczęściej odwiedzanych miejsc w Kutaisi. Atmosfera jest bardzo przyjacielska, a wieczorami mieliśmy okazję grać w gry planszowe i poznawać podróżników z całego świata. Właściciele i personel są niezwykle uprzejmi i pomocni.

Всё было бы в порядке, если бы не парень на ресепшене. Среди вежливого персонала он явно выделялся своим хамством. Комнаты чистые, но духота заставляет держать окно открытым всю ночь, а это — прямая дорога к ночной атаке комаров. Вентилятор, который мне выделили, внезапно исчез, и вместо извинений его просто бросили у двери позже. Неприятный осадок остался.

Ожидала большего от этого места. Хоть здесь и чисто, и по-своему уютно, шумные соседи испортили отдых. Тонкие стены плохо изолируют звук, поэтому приходилось мириться с бесконечными разговорами за стеной. Да, добраться до центра города недалеко, но радушие хозяев и вежливость персонала не компенсировали моё разочарование.

Nuestra estancia aquí fue muy rejuvenecedora. La ubicación es excelente, sin riesgo de perderse, a solo unos 12 minutos del centro, y aún más cerca de Bagrati. Está en una zona tranquila y verde, con un jardín privado. El ambiente es muy familiar. Elena y Alexey siempre estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos. El dormitorio es cómodo y tranquilo, cada cama tiene cortinas y luz individual. Está limpio y es cómodo, con una cocina bien equipada. Hay mesas para comer tanto arriba como abajo. El ambiente es agradable y los huéspedes se respetan entre sí. A partir de las 23h, se pide silencio, lo que permite dormir bien. Sin duda, volveremos.

Заведение в Кутаиси не оправдало возложенных ожиданий. Хозяева стараются быть дружелюбными и полезными, но общее впечатление смазывается некоторыми недочетами. Вроде бы чистота и порядок на месте, но как-то не хватило уюта. Вид из окна красивый, но этого оказалось недостаточно, чтобы компенсировать отсутствие теплоты в атмосфере. В общем, место нормальное, но ожидал большего.

Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft an einem praktischen Standort. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett und die Räumlichkeiten blitzsauber. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Место из серии "жаль потраченного времени". Ночь прошла в компании вентиляторов и шлёпок. Чистота словно не была в их списке приоритетов. Атмосфера влажная и... ароматная – запах пота и прочие "удовольствия" на высоте. В туалете не оказалось бумаги, а кухонные крошки и грязные ножи словно ждали нашего визита. Отдельный кринг – отмена брони задним числом: таким образом недовольных у них как будто и не бывало. Сплошной театр абсурда.

Аромат свежести и порядок - нашла идеальное место для остановки. Кухня просторная и удобная, готовить было одно удовольствие. Сотрудники такие вежливые и дружелюбные, всегда готовы помочь. Кровати настолько уютные, что забываешь обо всех заботах и проваливаешься в сладкий сон. Очень довольна!

Очень плохое место. Всем заправляет неразбериха и грязь — хозяева недавно переехали и не успели разложить вещи. Кухня в ужасном состоянии, готовить и есть совершенно невозможно. Постели старые, спать неудобно из-за торчащих пружин. Отовсюду мусор: внутри, во дворе и рядом. За порядком не следят, хозяева могут ночью шуметь и выпивать. Без проблем поселиться тоже невозможно — нужно искать хозяев. Убедитесь, что оплатили проживание заранее, так как могут сказать, что вас не было.

Огромное окно с видом на горы - просто рай для глаз усталого путника! Хозяева здесь превзошли ожидания не только своей добротой, но и тем, что успели создать настоящий оазис для таких, как я. Просторные комнаты дают свободу, которой так не хватает в жаркие дни. Общие помещения оказались идеальным местом для того, чтобы завести новых друзей и обменяться историями. Всем, кто ищет уютное и тёплое местечко для отдыха, настоятельно рекомендую.

Провели здесь одну ночь. После того, как поставила оценку 6 звезд, нашу бронь отменили, будто бы мы вообще не приходили. Похоже, это их способ избавиться от нежелательных отзывов. Чтобы доказать это, у нас даже есть чек. На всех гостей был один туалет и душевая. Одна комната оказалась проходной через мужское общежитие, где половины гостей гуляла в нижнем белье. Чистотой здесь не пахнет — в комнате пыль, на кухне грязная посуда и переполненная мусорка. Вентилятор работал, но условия в целом оставляют желать лучшего. Такое отношение к клиентам не заслуживает ничего кроме критики.

The location is clean and quiet, but there is no air conditioning in the three-bed room. I was the only one there, so a fan was provided, but there are many mosquitoes if you open the window at night. One staff member is very unfriendly and doesn’t seem to know how to treat guests properly. When I returned to find no fan in the room, he brought it and dropped it at the door as if doing me a favor. I left my bag by mistake after checking out, having cleaned up the room, and found it outside as if it was trash. The woman working there is polite, but overall, this is among my worst travel experiences.
