Очень разочарована уровнем обслуживания в этом заведении в Кутаиси. К сожалению, это единственное место в городе, и сервис здесь оставляет желать лучшего. Ждать заказ пришлось больше 20 минут, а сотрудники явно не торопились. Кто-то просто болтал, кто-то сидел в телефоне, другие ходили из стороны в сторону. Кажется, что процесс никто не контролирует. Неужели администрация не может организовать работу так, чтобы клиенты не чувствовали себя забытыми? Очень надеюсь, что что-то изменится, ведь у этого бренда есть определённые стандарты.

Orders were piling up continuously, yet two inefficient employees just stood by idly. It took 25 minutes for my meal to be ready.

The food is consistently tasty! However, it's better as an occasional treat, not something to indulge in all the time.

I deducted a star for the service because our group of eight waited nearly an hour for our substantial meals. Despite this, it's an excellent spot for working on projects – you're welcome to stay even without constantly ordering. Highly recommend!

Зашел пообедать в местный KFC, и остался доволен. Еда стандартная для сети, точно такая же, как и в других городах. Все было свежим и горячим, а персонал вежливый и быстрый, несмотря на загруженность. Цены соответствуют качеству, и это приятно. В общем, если нужно перекусить на ходу, это отличное место.

I decided to order through the Wolt app, but the experience was not great. The order was completely wrong, with several items missing. I had to use the app again to request the missing things, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, some of the wings were overcooked and hardly edible.

I had to wait thirty minutes for a very simple order, even though it wasn't crowded. The service was extremely slow. However, the food was quite good.

The staff informed me that they no longer serve halal food. The only thing that can be consumed is French Fries, as they are cooked in separate oil that hasn't been used for non-halal meat products. When I asked about the halal certificate that some people mentioned, the very polite staff explained that they used to have one, but it is no longer in place.

I had an experience with inconsistent information regarding halal food at this place. In Batumi, I was told the food was halal, but here it was the opposite. It was confusing, so I asked the manager for clarification. She mentioned something about early visits, which made no sense to me. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication made me uncomfortable.

Этот ресторан выделяется тем, что предлагает халяльное питание, но сервис разочаровывает. Пришлось ждать заказ больше 15 минут, пока сотрудники были заняты разговорами. Качество блюд нестабильное: иногда курица превосходна, а иногда слишком сухая. Наличие Wi-Fi радует, но сэндвичи и гамбургеры часто холодные и невкусные. Визит оставил противоречивые ощущения.

Went there today and ordered two burgers but got only one. They claimed we ordered just one. We asked for kids apple juice, they said yes but gave us Mirinda. When I questioned it, they insisted it was apple juice. I pointed out it was sparkling and Mirinda, they admitted it was their 'apple juice'. Staff seem to chat away at the register and don’t care about customers. Even one star feels too generous for this place.

We arrived early, which might explain why our food took a bit longer. Nonetheless, the meal was excellent. The chicken was perfectly crispy and incredibly fresh. It was juicy and cooked just right. We also tried a chicken wrap—though it seemed smaller compared to those in other countries, it was still delightful. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

Extremely poor service; they didn't even serve french fries. It's the first time I've visited a place like this without basic essentials. I have no idea why such a counter is operational. Received eight chicken wings in a bucket without fries, and even the wings lacked flavor. The customer service is worthless and offers no information.

The food is always served cold. They use garlic sauce instead of mayonnaise, which is confusing. Despite the restaurant being empty, you have to wait 10 minutes for your burger, only to receive it cold. 🙄🙄

The food follows halal guidelines, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
