Everything was terrible. There were only a few people, yet we waited over 20 minutes. We watched the staff mix up orders and looked like it was their first day. The counter was empty for a long time. The seating area was messy, with most tables dirty and covered in crumbs. As for the food, the Caesar salad had big pieces of uncut lettuce, and the chicken was burnt in spots. The drinks were served without ice and were at room temperature. The chicken in the burgers was soggy, and the cheese sauce had a strong barbecue smell not mentioned in the menu. This was the worst fast food experience we've had in any country.

Это худший фастфуд. Персонал неприветлив, всё очень медленно, сотрудники заняты своими делами. Очень долго.

Очень разочарована уровнем обслуживания в этом заведении в Кутаиси. К сожалению, это единственное место в городе, и сервис здесь оставляет желать лучшего. Ждать заказ пришлось больше 20 минут, а сотрудники явно не торопились. Кто-то просто болтал, кто-то сидел в телефоне, другие ходили из стороны в сторону. Кажется, что процесс никто не контролирует. I deducted a star for the service because our group of eight waited nearly an hour for our substantial meals. Despite this, it's an excellent spot for working on projects – you're welcome to stay even without constantly ordering. Highly recommend!
