Deliciously large pizza, but the staff could be more welcoming. I’d love to return on my next trip to Gudauri. Hopefully, the waiters will work on improving their hospitality skills.

נהנינו מאוד מהארוחות שלנו כאן במהלך השהות בגודארי. הפיצה הייתה ממש גדולה וטעימה בצורה מדהימה, אולי אחת מהטובות שטעמתי. גם המרק עוף והפסטה אלי אוליו היו פשוטים ומוצלחים. המחירים היו זולים יחסית והשירות היה שווה את זה. ממליצים בחום.

Service is fast and the food is outstanding. Visited three times in one week for both lunch and dinner; no reservation was necessary. The pepperoni pizza is fantastic, and the Carbonara is just as good. The lemon cheesecake is delicate and refreshing.

Finding a quality Italian spot in the small town of New Gudauri, Georgia, is such a delight. The pizza is excellent!

They were really flexible and could modify their dishes to be vegetarian. The food tasted quite good as well.

The pastas, especially the pesto and carbonara, really impressed us. We also loved the pizzas. The location was convenient. Ori, Tom, Adi, and Gali.

The food was really tasty, and the service was top-notch! We enjoyed tuna spaghetti, pizza, and salad.

This place is fantastic. The prices are a bit high for Georgia, but that's expected at a ski resort. Honestly, it's not that bad. The food was served piping hot and arrived quickly, with great service. Our large group of 14, including kids, was accommodated easily. The pizza crust was amazing—thin, crunchy, with just the right touch of sweetness. Wanted a bit more pesto, though. And the carbonara? Cream and bacon—yes, please.

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I tried various pizzas and pasta dishes, and they were all subpar. It was odd that the pizzas were available only in large size, suggesting they don't make the dough from scratch. On the bright side, the caesar salad was decent. The owner and one of the waitresses were friendly, but another waitress was quite rude.

We were a group of five without a reservation. The restaurant was packed, yet they quickly found us a spot. The mushroom soup was incredible, and we also had two large pizzas. However, the timing was off — the first pizza arrived, and the second came 20 minutes later. It wasn't very enjoyable waiting. I gave three stars for service because when the waitress brought the first pizza, she didn't tell us which kind it was. Since two people ordered different pizzas, this led to a mix-up, and each of us ended up eating the other's pizza. It would have been helpful if she had mentioned the name of the pizza when serving.

The woman working here is incredibly rude. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. This kind of behavior towards tourists is completely unprofessional. She told us we were crazy and said to leave before she got angry at us. Very disrespectful.

I've visited this restaurant over the years and each time was fantastic. The food is excellent and the staff is really friendly. It's conveniently located, making it a great choice for both lunch and dinner. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Gudauri.

We visited during the winter season and were surprised that pizzas weren’t available at 9:00 pm, considering Italian cuisine is their speciality. The waitstaff was indifferent, almost unfriendly, and the cutlery was placed haphazardly on the table. The menu needs more detail, and prices should include taxes for better transparency. We tried a chicken Caesar salad, which was good. However, the marinara pasta was disappointing; the seafood was overcooked and the portion small. The chicken steak turned out to be a dry, fried half chicken breast. A major letdown was the ketchup served in a broken dip container, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives of our experience.

The owner's response about charging "only" 10% instead of 18% VAT is misleading. By law, menus should show the total price, including VAT and service charges. The staff was not customer-friendly, and the food was overpriced with illegal extra charges. The pizza was decent, 4 out of 5 stars. However, the waitress was quite rude and had a loud argument with another guest, disrupting many diners. Prices here are already higher compared to other places with similar or better food and sometimes larger portions. Additionally, extra percentages are added to the menu prices, violating Georgian law since early 2024. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives.

The service was great, and the pizza was both tasty and generously sized! I wished the pasta portion was a bit larger, but overall, I’m satisfied with the place. The hot chocolate milk was spot on.

Итальянский ресторан с великолепной пиццей, пастой и салатами. Порции пасты небольшие, но все вкусно.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor! The variety of pizza is presented in small and large sizes, and we decided to try two different variants - with prosciutto and mushrooms. Both dishes turned out to be amazing. In addition, we ordered a Greek salad and chocolate fondant as dessert and their flavors were also satisfying. Asked to pack everything with us to enjoy the flavors while riding. Service was fast and friendly despite the large number of people in the cafe. Madloba ❤️
