We visited during the off-season, and to be honest, this place served the most amazing khachapuri and khinkali! The khachapuri had an incredibly thin dough and was packed with cheese, even at the edges! It was delicious!

Purchased an overpriced hot chocolate, and the hostess showed little interest in taking our order, likely because we were foreign tourists. Also, the restrooms here require a payment.

The waiter seated us but didn't give us a menu at our table. We waited for 15 minutes without any attempt to provide us with a menu or discuss our order. We left without ordering. It's unacceptable to place a menu on a different table and ignore customers for so long. This is extremely rude and unprofessional.

The food is quite enjoyable. We've returned multiple times just for the borscht soup! The barbecue chicken and Georgian sausage dishes were also outstanding.

As others have pointed out, the staff isn't welcoming.

Вечер был испорчен в ужасной забегаловке. Мы были вчетвером и заказали стандартные блюда, которые разочаровали каждое по-своему. Бургер оказался маленьким и склизким, картошка фри, которая шла с ним, была вся в соли. Пасты поразили своим миниатюрным размером и ожидание длилось не меньше 50 минут. Пицца была посредственной, без соуса и с непропечённым тестом. Стейк заставил нас ждать 80 минут. Рекомендую избегать этого места. Лучшая альтернатива - "drunk cherry", находящаяся неподалёку, станет куда более удачным выбором. Надеюсь, сберёг вам от ужасного опыта.

Четыре мужчины заказали две порции пасты, пиццу, бургер и стейк. Порции пасты оказались очень маленькими, как и бургер. Стейк пришлось ждать больше часа. Вся еда была посредственная. Когда пожаловались на обслуживание, нас перекидывали между тремя официантами, и никто не понимал, что мы от них хотим. Это был очень неприятный опыт, лучше держаться подальше! Напротив есть пиццерия, которая выглядит здорово, и "Пьяная вишня" прекрасное место.

Impolite staff and dirty environment.

It's ironic that this place is named "Friends" when the staff seems to lack friendliness, as they never smile. The food is just okay, nothing special, but the prices are notably higher compared to other nearby spots. You can definitely find better options elsewhere.

Wonderful place with a warm atmosphere and welcoming staff! The meals were fantastic, with the local dishes standing out. Service was swift, and the prices were fair. Ideal spot to unwind after skiing. A must-visit!

مكان رائع! كنا مجموعة من 9 أشخاص، وزرناه عدة مرات واستمتعنا دائمًا بالطعام، كان فعلاً رائعًا ويصل نسبياً بسرعة. الخدمة ليست جيدة جداً، يجعلك تشعر بعدم الراحة، وغير مستعدين للمساعدة والخدمة. لا تطلبوا وجبة ضلوع الخروف! تأتي مليئة بالعظام، بالكاد يوجد لحم.

The atmosphere and food are perfect. The manager is abusive and impolite. His aggression is baffling, and I don't understand why he's employed there.

The food here is excellent, especially the kharcho—it's the best in Gudauri. In the evenings, the music can get too loud, making conversation difficult, but lunchtime is just right. Natia, the waitress, is incredibly nice and friendly ❤️.

First off, they tack on a 10% tax to the prices, and they don't make this obvious—it's hidden, so you'll need to be really alert to avoid getting overcharged. When you try to order, be prepared for them to likely say the dish isn’t available. You’ll either have to pick something else or wait an exhausting 1.5-2 hours for what they call food. Do yourself a favor, explore a bit, and find somewhere better.

The staff here have completely lost touch with the idea of hospitality, so don't be surprised if you're treated poorly. It's unfortunate because the food coming out of the kitchen is actually quite good, but the overall dining experience is spoiled by the servers' complete lack of attention. The manager was more interested in watching videos on her phone and seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else, much like how we felt sitting at our table after a while. This was at 6pm, a time still early enough for families and before any party crowd arrives. There's a mandatory service charge added to the bill, which really tops it all off: "We'll take 10% of your bill no matter how bad your experience was."
