We just finished a tour of Gudauri, Borjomi, and Tbilisi, and we were extremely lucky to have Jeko as our guide. His exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness truly made our trip unforgettable.

What impressed us the most was his genuine care for our family, especially our toddler. He was always ready to help carry her, keep her entertained, and ensure we were comfortable during our travels. His patience and thoughtfulness made it much easier for us to travel with a young child.

As Muslims, we appreciated that Jeko consistently took us to halal-friendly restaurants and directed us to the cleanest washrooms whenever possible. His attentiveness to our needs showed his commitment to making our experience comfortable for everyone in the group.

Flydubai is the best airline on the planet.

I had a really frustrating experience with flydubai. Our flight from Dubai to Kazan was rerouted to Yekaterinburg because of drone activity. We were stuck on the plane for about three hours without any proper updates, help, or even snacks 😡. Then, instead of being put on another flight, we were offered a 13-hour bus ride. The long travel time and conditions forced me to find my own way to get to my final destination at my own cost. I sent all the necessary documents, like my boarding pass and proof of expenses, but my emails have been completely ignored. This was the worst flight experience I've ever had 💔.

Ужаснейшая авиакомпания, которая обманывает клиентов в лицо. Мой багаж потеряли в аэропорту Дубая, а потом начали просто гонять меня по кругу — позвоните туда, потом туда, и ещё туда. Никому никогда не советую летать этой компанией, как и Эмирейтс, которая участвовала в этом безумии. Чемодан не нашли и не вернули.

В Тбилиси есть офис, который дарит пассажирам настоящее авиационное впечатление, не выходя из здания. Обслуживание на уровне, вызывающем лишь положительные эмоции. Персонал вежлив и всегда готов помочь, делая процедуры бронирования и путешествий простыми и понятными. Консультации организованы так, что легко разрешить все возникающие вопросы. Атмосфера радушная, что создает ощущение важности для клиента. Однако иногда можно заметить заминки в обслуживании, которые незначительно сказываются на общем впечатлении. Отличный выбор для тех, кто высоко ценит качество сервиса.

При онлайн-регистрации система автоматически закрылась после выбора места и не позволила мне добавить дополнительные услуги, такие как багаж. После этого доступа к управлению бронью не было, и я не смог купить багаж заранее. В аэропорту мне пришлось заплатить за перевес. Примерно 13 долларов за килограмм. Это одна из самых ужасных практик в онлайн-торговле, с которыми я сталкивался за последние 10 лет, и это говорит человек из Аргентины.
