We had an amazing experience with this company handling our transportation needs from Tbilisi to Gudauri, back, and to the airport. Highly recommend them! From the beginning, Victor was punctual, organized, and dependable, making everything smooth and worry-free. We had three different drivers, each one professional, polite, and very careful, always getting us to our destinations ahead of time. The prices were the best we found during our trip, offering incredible value for such top-notch service. Victor arranged our transfers between Tbilisi and Gudauri. We traveled multiple times, and Victor always provided a comfortable car on schedule. The drivers were fantastic—very friendly and even stopped for some quick fast food runs. While not all of them spoke English, their friendliness was evident! My girlfriend speaks Russian, so they chatted with her and shared lots of helpful info. Communicating with Victor was a pleasure. He was super quick to respond on WhatsApp, always within 5 minutes. He made every part of our journey easy! Highly recommended!

We booked a transfer from Tbilisi airport to Gudauri and mentioned in advance that we had four people and four suitcases. Upon arrival, a driver with a Toyota Prius awaited us. Unfortunately, not all the suitcases fit, and I had to hold one between my legs for the 2.5-hour journey. For the return trip, I requested a larger vehicle, and a spacious minibus was provided. The round-trip price was as agreed, $120.

Obsługa była niesamowita. Zrobiliśmy trzy wycieczki z tym samym zespołem. Kierowca Toma i urocza Arabella byli dla nas ogromnym wsparciem.

Большое спасибо Марии Хохловой за отличный отдых. Внимание к каждой детали и дружелюбное отношение сделали поездку незабываемой. Экскурсии были очень интересными.

Экскурсии из Тбилиси достойные, но из Батуми просто ужасные. Особенно разочаровала поездка на каньоны. Настоятельно не советую. Вместо полноценной экскурсии получаете только транспорт без гида. Цена высокая, а в итоге только трансфер и грубость со стороны администрации.

Заказывали трансфер из Тбилиси в Гудаури, но про нас забыли. Мы ждали около 1,5-2 часов возле аэропорта с маленьким ребенком. В итоге приехала маршрутка, похоже, просто снятая с городского маршрута, без отсека для снаряжения. Спустя долгие 2 часа водитель отвез нас в Мцхету в ресторан, но постоянно торопился обратно. Из-за этого дважды выгружал нас не там, где нужно. Только с третьей попытки мы нашли нужный отель. Обратный трансфер прошел без проблем: приехали вовремя и доставили куда надо.
