I booked a tour just a day and a half before, and their response time was fantastic. They got back to me in minutes and answered all my questions clearly, which made me feel at ease. After exploring various options, I felt the best about this one, and I'm really glad I chose them.
The price was excellent. I checked out several other tour guides, and they provided the best value for what was included. The experience itself was exceptional. Mr. Niko was a fantastic guide. He shared interesting information during our drive to Gudauri, stopped for photo opportunities (and he’s a great photographer), and even took us to places to buy natural honey. He also found a wonderful lunch spot and was very accommodating with coffee and restroom breaks. He was patient, kind, and a true gentleman.
The service was already impressive, but Mr. Niko made it even better. I tend to be cautious about booking tours, especially with the possibility of scams in many places. However, their quick replies, friendliness, and thorough explanations made me feel reassured and confident in booking with them.
I really wish I had more time to book additional tours, but we were limited on time. I'm so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Georgia. - A
