Our guide was George, and the trip included Borjomi (which felt like a waste), Vardzia Caves (definitely the highlight), and Rabati Castle (great for photos). Many reviews rave about George, but I didn't find him to be that impressive. Maybe there just wasn't a good vibe, but he seemed to favor some people in the group over others. In fact, he appeared to be flirting with a young, attractive Italian woman. The loud music on the bus was quite annoying too. On a 14-hour tour, it's considerate to let people rest or listen to their own music. If you're young and enjoy loud music, you might have a good time. That's why I rated it 3 stars instead of 1. It might not be for everyone.

We’ve taken many one-day tours in Georgia, and this was definitely the worst experience we've had. Our guide, Emilia, who led us to Kazbeqi, seemed disinterested and her guiding was quite boring, lacking any charm. The minivan was also small and uncomfortable.

The tour felt lengthy, and we wasted a lot of time at tourist shops and during a long lunch break. We would have preferred to spend more time at the main sights we were supposed to see.

What really frustrated us was Emilia’s insistence on getting our review right away. When we mentioned we’d do it later, she frowned and walked off, which felt very unprofessional.

Although the tour was cheap, it seems we got what we paid for.

Все экскурсии потрясающие, гиды просто замечательные. Они рассказывают интересно, с юмором и при этом очень доброжелательно. У меня столько фотографий, что не знаю, какую выбрать, так что просто поверьте на слово. Я узнала много нового о Грузии и остались только положительные впечатления, особенно от гидов Ронни, Левана и Владимира. Рекомендую, спасибо!

We had an amazing tour today from Tbilisi to Stepancminda. The guide was incredible, sharing fascinating stories and even performing Georgian music! Although it was just a one-day trip, he allowed us to stay in Stepancminda. I highly recommend this transfer if you want to visit that area from Tbilisi. The price was very reasonable, and there were plenty of attractions to see.

We had an amazing experience with this company for our transfer from Kutaisi Airport to Gudauri and back. Everything was very well organized. The transport was on time, the car was clean, and the driver was professional and courteous. He even helped us with our heavy luggage. We felt safe and well looked after during the trip. We are very pleased with the service and strongly recommend them to anyone needing a dependable transfer in Georgia!
