Our family of ten had an incredible experience thanks to Shako and his team. These folks are fantastic. They are very professional and organized, and they go the extra mile to address any issues that arise. They collaborated closely with us to plan our trip for 18 people from Thailand, making sure every detail was carefully arranged and executed. When our flight and luggage were delayed, they took care of everything, arranging for our luggage to be sent to us in Kazbegi and assisting us with the necessary documentation for our insurance claims. I can't recommend them highly enough!
