We have been loyal customers for three years, buying dairy products. Everything was tasty and perfect for young children. However, since the seller changed, it has been impossible to enjoy shopping here. The new seller is unfriendly and always has a negative attitude, making you feel like you did something wrong. The worst part is that most of the time, the milk is sour, even though the expiration dates on display show there are still a few days left. This isn't a one-off issue. Every time I return to exchange it, the seller just grabs another bottle from under the counter, claiming it should be fresh. This raises a logical question: why sell milk if you can't guarantee it's fresh? Due to this ongoing poor service and spoiled products, we have decided to stop shopping here altogether.
