The staff at this Turkish restaurant is wonderful. The Egyptian waitress was very polite and friendly. We wanted takeout, and they helped us choose the best options, even adjusted some combos, and added extra bread. While waiting, we enjoyed complimentary dessert, tea, and coffee with a pleasant chat. The manager was also very polite and welcoming. Highly recommended!

New Istanbul — симпатичный «универсал» для тех, кто хочет турецкое без сложностей: понятные блюда, спокойная посадка и ощущение, что место рассчитано и на туристов, и на местных. Мне нравится этот формат как «якорь»: когда вы в районе, не хотите экспериментировать и просто хотите нормальный донер/кебаб/суп, чтобы было вкусно и без драм. Если попадёте в пик — просто заложите чуть больше времени.

I tried the lahmacun. It was really thick and tough to eat, with barely any meat inside. It seemed like it was made the day before.

Their shawarma is really good! Sometimes the french fries aren't great, but other times they're yellow, crispy, and very tasty. I hope they're always like that. Overall, I'll keep ordering because their shawarma is definitely one of the best in Tbilisi.
