I do not trust this company at all. They provided misleading information, which led to fines from the police for both us and them. They then used these traffic tickets as a reason to withhold our security deposit for 'potential damages,' which was actually double the amount of our fine. After months of trying to get our money back, we finally succeeded through our bank. If you find yourself in a similar situation with them, contact your bank right away. Overall, I do not recommend this company at all.

In May, two friends and I went to Georgia for a vacation and rented a car in Tbilisi from this company. When we received the vehicle, the staff member sold us additional insurance and explained what to do in case of an accident, assuring us that the insurance would cover any damage. We parked in designated areas and had no incidents during our trip.

However, when we returned the car at the airport, the company representative was late, making us wait about 15 to 20 minutes. We had a flight to catch, so we had to leave the car and head to the airport. Shortly after, they called us saying they found a small dent on the door and charged us $150. We believe this dent occurred when another car's door hit ours while parked at a hotel on our first night.

Despite having insurance, they insisted we had to provide a police report for it to be valid and claimed we didn't do a joint inspection at the time of return. The delay was due to their representative's tardiness.

Additionally, the car already had several minor dents and damages when we received it, raising concerns about how they handle previous damage charges. The $150 charge seemed unjust since the vehicle was not in perfect condition when we rented it.

We've rented cars in Georgia before and never faced such issues. After seeing similar complaints from others, we're questioning the company's practices regarding damage charges. I advise future customers to read reviews carefully, especially those mentioning damage claims and extra charges after returning the vehicle.

After returning to the UK, they deducted another 100 GBP from our car deposit, overcharging us by 60 GBP without giving any receipt or proof.
