We received a very old car with 116,000 KM on it. The agent was late when we arrived to pick it up. After returning the car, he requested an additional 15 Euros for cleaning, which we never agreed to since the car was already clean. We also didn’t receive a receipt or an invoice. It feels like they might have taken advantage of the situation, but I can't be sure. They charged us for a second driver when they shouldn’t have.
