Огромное спасибо всему персоналу этого офиса! Была проблема с получением посылки из Кореи из-за бюрократии. Пришлось пять раз приходить и общаться с разными сотрудниками. Все были вежливы и старались помочь. И, в конце концов, это сработало! Когда дошло до декларации и оплаты пошлины, всё прошло быстро и чётко, объяснили в деталях. Знают, что делать. Без моих проблем, посылку бы получила за два визита: сначала подала бы декларацию, потом оплатила по ней. Почти все говорят на английском, есть и те, кто говорит по-русски, но нужно прийти в их смену. Всегда стараются говорить на языке клиента. Работают оперативно, ни разу долго не ждала в очереди, приходила в разное время дня. Есть система талонов для очереди.

Absolutely terrible service. They have no clue about remote work. You have to go to their office and waste hours just for a simple declaration. Zero stars 👎👎👎.

Сегодняшний визит был настоящим разочарованием. Сотрудник и менеджер проявили себя крайне непрофессионально и грубо. Они отказались выдать мою посылку, хотя я предоставил удостоверение личности, которое всегда использовал для получения. Они не знают свои собственные правила и общаются с клиентами крайне неуважительно.

Horrible service. The electronic queue system failed, and people waited endlessly for their turn, which never arrived. The staff made no effort to fix the issue. I waited 40 minutes in line, and in the end, they refused to give me my parcel due to a "wrong number." It was a complete waste of time. Everything moves at a snail's pace.

Обслуживание всегда на высоте, всё делают оперативно и тщательно, никогда не возникает проблем.

Чудове відділення пошти 📪 Прийшов у четвер вранці. Усі вікна працюють. Отримав посилку буквально за 5 хвилин 👌 дуже швидко.

They shut down whenever they feel like it, so don’t count on the posted hours. It’s a gamble to catch them open. I arrived half an hour before the official closing time, and the place was already deserted and locked up well before then. I’ve been trying to pick up my package for a week now.

Horrible services. They can't manage international packages at all. It's as if they consider them dangerous. No one seems to know what to do, and it takes forever to receive them. This is my fourth visit just for one parcel, and I still haven't received it.

The staff is really helpful. Got my parcel in just 30 minutes. I think that's alright.

Awful service. The staff have no idea why they're there or what they're doing. They do a terrible job. Employees are irresponsible and dishonest.

I expected a nightmare after reading the reviews, but it turned out great. Arrived at 4 pm, waited just a minute, and sent everything I needed. The staff is friendly and polite, and it all took about 2-3 minutes before I was out. For those posting negative reviews: do you realize that employees can't control everything during busy times? They're just doing their jobs. Prices aren't set by them either. Courier services and parcel conditions are beyond their control.

Sure, there can be long lines at times, but that's not the fault of the staff. Everything else works well.

Ужасное обслуживание. Оплатила доставку посылки до дома, но её так и не принесли. Позвонила, а мне ответили, что могу сама забрать или ждать еще несколько дней. Берут деньги за доставку и даже не выполняют обещанное!

Service here is incredibly slow, and it's a miracle if they manage to do anything beyond the basics. The power goes out frequently, and nothing seems to get done. It's the same story over and over—nothing changes.

Received my package in just 5 minutes. The staff has a great command of English. However, it feels strange to pay 2 lari to pick up a package that's already been paid for.

Сотрудница почты была очень вежливой и внимательной. Она с легкостью говорила по-английски. Все понятно разъяснила при выдаче бланка для оплаты декларации. Минус за то, что в отделении образовалась большая очередь, и сломался аппарат для талончиков.

Typically, the wait time is around 20-25 minutes. I've gotten accustomed to it, and the staff handles everything fairly quickly.

В 11:30 в понедельник удалось быстро получить всё, что нужно, и без очередей — всего за пять минут. Персонал замечательный, и работали сразу четыре окна.

Incredibly slow service—I've been waiting 1.5 hours for my parcel.

Четыре раза уже прихожу за посылкой, но никак не могу её получить. Сперва сказали уплатить один налог, а после его уплаты вдруг всплыл второй. После этого заявили о необходимости подождать ещё целых 40 минут. Очереди значительные, и каждый раз нужно стоять минимум 30-40 минут. Сотрудники очень грубы. Не рекомендую что-либо заказывать сюда. Посылка стоила 120 долларов, а налогов набежало общее на 120 лари. Даже на доставку начислили 18%. Плюс ещё отдельно заплатил налог в 20 и 25 лари.

Extremely slow service, and the terminal was out of order. Our turn in line was completely ignored. The cost was 2 GEL, which was more than the actual parcel.

If the directions led you astray, look for the TBC branch entrance in the same building. You’ll find a passage right under it. Follow that passage, and you’ll end up in the inner yard.

Possibly the worst postal service I've ever encountered, absolutely not advisable. Endless queues, with only two operators available. Be prepared to wait forever. To make matters worse, people who arrive after you might somehow get served before you. It's a complete mess and unfair. The staff are a bunch of amateurs.

Утром в будний день зашел в отделение, людей не было, сразу взял талон и получил посылку. Оператор свободно говорит по-английски, и уже через минуту посылка была у меня в руках. Мне все очень понравилось.

This place was really disappointing. The staff ignored the queue and were rude when responding.
