ужасное обслуживание! Везде опоздал, куда только можно! Сначала конфликт на кассе, потом постоянные разговоры сотрудников.

Все ужасно медленно, просто нереально ждать. Один человек стоит по 20 минут, и открыто только одно окно. На вопрос, почему в такой огромной очереди работает всего одно окно, ответ был: «Мы сами разберемся, как нам принимать». Это вообще нормально? Если можете, выбирайте отделение побольше, потому что здесь работают люди, которые совершенно не уважают время посетителей, вынужденных пользоваться этим сервисом.

Почта в целом хорошая. В первый раз удалось попасть без ожидания, но во второй раз пришлось ждать около двух часов. Сесть можно только внутри, но там всего мест на 3-4 человека. На улице нет скамеек. Персонал, на мой взгляд, замечательный.
