Why do they behave like everyone is about to steal? Who would even take deodorant?

It was surprising that none of the staff spoke English, making communication tough. The instructions on how to use the medication were unclear, and there wasn't much effort to explain them well. The staff seemed unfriendly, with sad expressions and a tone of irritation, which made the visit uncomfortable.
