NeoLab Clinic and Laboratory

I've been a regular at this lab for years. They offer in-house lab services, and I prefer this location not just for convenience but also because the staff is friendly and skilled. I'm on the heavier side, and it's often tough for doctors to find my veins for blood draws, but not here. If you're not a fan of needles (who is?), getting a blood sample here feels routine—no pain or discomfort, unlike some other labs I've encountered. I've noticed that the excuse of "not finding veins" often reflects a lack of experience in nurses. The doctors here are efficient and gentle. The atmosphere is calm, which is great for someone like me who finds these procedures a bit stressful. I usually receive my results via email, which is hassle-free. They also offer nice discounts for returning customers, which is a bonus (I wish everyone good health, but sometimes you just need to go!).

პირველად ვიყავი ამ კლინიკაში და ძალიან კმაყოფილი დავრჩი. მიმღები გუნდი ძალიან ყურადღებიანი და მეგობრული იყო, რაც დღეს განსაკუთრებით სასიამოვნოა, განსაკუთრებით სამედიცინო სფეროში. არანაირი ლოდინი არ მქონდა, კონსულტაცია ექიმთან პუნქტუალური იყო. ექიმიც მართლაც კარგი იყო. კვლევის პასუხები მალევე მოვიდა. მოკლედ, მადლობა ასეთი სერვისისთვის და წარმატებებს გისურვებთ!

საუკეთესო კლინიკა, სადაც პერსონალი არის ყურადღებიანი და კეთილგანწყობილი. განსაკუთრებული მადლობა მარიამს და განას. ძალიან მიყვარხართ!

ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვარ. მთავარია მიყვე ექიმის რჩევებს და ზუსტად ისე გააკეთო, როგორც გირჩევს.

გინეკოლოგთან ვიყავი ჩაწერილი, მაგრამ ადმინისტრაციაში სერიოზული პრობლემებია. ჩაწერილი პაციენტი ვიყავი, მაგრამ ექიმს ჩემამდე ორი პაციენტი არ მიუღია და არანაირი კომუნიკაცია არ ყოფილა, რომ 2 საათის შემდეგ მოვსულიყავი ან სხვა დროს გადავწერილიყავი. მესამეზე ოპერატორი ძალიან უხეში იყო. ვიგრძენი დიდ არაპროფესიონალიზმი. წამოვედი ექიმთან შესვლის გარეშე, რომელთანაც 3 თვის წინ ჩავეწერე და დროზე მივედი.

ძალიან კარგი კლინიკაა, ყველაფერი მოწესრიგებულია. აქ არ გიწევს საათობით რიგში დგომა, როგორც სხვაგან. ანა კაშია მართლაც შესანიშნავი ექიმია, დიდი მადლობა მას. რესეფშენზეც ადამიანები ყურადღებიანები და თავაზიანები არიან. მადლობა ❤️

The wait was minimal, and the staff were very welcoming.

The doctors here are very professional and attentive. There were no lines, and they successfully assisted my father with his heart issues. I'm very happy with their service.

I had a PCR test done, and my experience wasn't great. The place seemed organized and had a professional vibe. However, there was a downside with the test results. I had to go to a different location to pick them up, which was inconvenient and overshadowed the positives.
