Our visit to the medical clinic was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. We brought our 5-month-old baby, who had a fever and early signs of pneumonia, for a check-up. The doctor didn't look at our child's medical records, skipped examining the baby, and refused to conduct any blood tests, which seemed vital given the situation. Instead of focusing on our baby, the doctor concentrated on my skin issues, which multiple doctors in Belgium, France, and Georgia already confirmed were due to bed bug bites. Despite this, the doctor wrongly insisted it was chickenpox, without proper examination, and tried to refer us elsewhere, neglecting our baby's needs.

We were left without clear advice on whether our baby should continue taking antibiotics. The process of handling our international insurance paperwork was a mess, requiring multiple visits and still no resolution, as promised emails never arrived.

It felt like if you don't personally know the doctors, you're not given proper care. While the staff is friendly, there's a major lack of follow-up, coordination, and medical thoroughness, leading to dubious diagnoses. It was shocking to have to repeatedly push for attention for our sick infant, dealing with doctors who don't review medical files and impose their own unverified opinions.

Despite this troubling experience, we deeply appreciate the nurses' professionalism and kindness. We also thank Dr. Irma, who, even on her day off, guided us on our baby's medication and acted with great professionalism.

Wishing the clinic good luck in improving their services.
