The worst shopping experience and customer service I've ever had. Even products from Temu are of better quality than what I got from here. I can't recommend this store to anyone. If there’s an issue with your order, don’t expect any support or accountability.
My friend and I ordered two grinders online. The first delivery was missing something, and when they sent the remaining item, one of the grinders arrived with a cracked part. The box was clearly damaged. I shared photos, details of the delivery, and an unboxing video, but they refused to take any responsibility.
To make matters worse, before visiting, I was told via WhatsApp and Messenger that I could exchange or get a refund. Later, they completely changed their stance and said it was our problem, wasting our time and money. They also insisted that products should be opened in front of the courier. How is it reasonable to check every part of an appliance while the courier is in a rush? Most customers wouldn't notice a small hidden crack right at the door. - l
