Extensive range of products. Really impressed.
The delivery experience was terrible. I was told it would arrive around 4–5 PM, but I never got a call or a tracking link. After three calls, I was advised to wait, but no one followed up. My call got disconnected once, and eventually, someone told me the delivery would come between 7–9 PM. Later, I received a tracking link with an incorrect address. I had ordered for Didi Digomi and selected the right location, but customer support said it was my fault and suggested I place a new order instead of correcting it. Due to their unprofessionalism, I had to cancel the delivery and go to the Tbilisi Mall branch to pick up my order myself. I do not recommend using their delivery service.
