Продавцы обманывают. Купил робот-пылесос за 4000 лари, уверяли, что есть запасной мешок для мусора. После оплаты принесли упакованный пылесос со склада, и оказалось, что мешок только один. Сказали, что в сервисном центре точно есть расходники. Приехал на следующий день в технопоинт, но мешков нет. Отношение просто ужасное. Говорят всё, чтобы только продать товар.

Ужасающий сервис, консультантов не дождаться. Часть товаров в наличии, но не в зале. Хорошо, что проверила наличие онлайн и настояла, чтобы вынесли со склада. На кассе всё очень медленно, все сотрудники с недовольными лицами. Отвратительное место для покупок!

It's a scam. They attempted to pass off an opened laptop as a sealed one. Be cautious. We had to wait around 20 minutes for a consultant, who then performed a ridiculous unboxing act. He pretended to cut the seal, but the film was already opened. There were fingerprints and many marks, definitely not from a newly opened box. Terrible experience.

Переводишь деньги, ждешь полчаса, потом говорят "не нашли на складе". Еще 10 минут уходит на возврат денег. Оплата — самая быстрая часть процесса, максимум минута.

Limited options and higher prices compared to other places. After buying an item, they didn't mention I had only 5 days for exchanges. The gift I bought is faulty, and I now have to travel to central Tbilisi for repairs. It makes no sense. Plus, they offer only a 3-month warranty.
