Definitely recommend this hotel in Tbilisi, especially because it offers private parking right in the city center, which is hard to find elsewhere. The location is ideal, with major attractions like the botanical garden and the cable car just a short walk away. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the owner is very responsive and helpful through WhatsApp. The only small issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow, but everything else about the stay was fantastic.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend in der Altstadt von Tbilisi, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und man kann bereits vor der Anreise per Whatsapp kommunizieren. Das Zimmer war einfach, die Größe war in Ordnung und trotz der zentralen Lage und des Lärms war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, Kaffee und Tee sowie Pflegeprodukte. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bad war jedoch sehr eng; man musste sich an der Toilette vorbei quetschen, um zur Dusche zu gelangen. Der Kühlschrank hat unsere Getränke gefroren, und wir konnten die Temperatur nicht anpassen. Die Matratze war leider nicht besonders bequem. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber auf der Straße vor dem Hotel gibt es Geschäfte, die Backwaren verkaufen.

Otelin konumu harikaydı, her yere çok yakındı. Odalar temiz ve ferah, beklediğimden daha genişti. Çalışan oldukça nazik, yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve çok güleryüzlüydü.

Our stay at the hotel in Tbilisi was wonderful! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was very clean and well-kept during our visit.
What made our experience truly special was Ia. She was so helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She reached out before our arrival and stayed in touch afterward to ensure everything was going well. It’s not often you meet someone so dedicated and thoughtful.

Personale poco competente e stanze da ristrutturare.
Ho chiesto gentilmente alla reception di accompagnarmi in aeroporto, dato che avevo il telefono rotto e non stavo bene. Era l'opzione più semplice. Dovevo partire alle 3:30 am e il signore alla reception ha detto che mi avrebbe portato. Mi ha informato che ci sarebbe stata una coppia con noi per la stessa ora.
Verso le 3:45 ho iniziato a chiedere della partenza e della coppia, che non si vedeva. Il signore sembrava preoccupato per il ritardo. Alle 4 non eravamo ancora partiti. Non voleva portarmi da solo, rischiando che perdessi il volo. Non avevo altre alternative. La coppia è arrivata alle 4:05. Quando ho fatto notare il ritardo di 35 minuti, hanno mostrato i messaggi che attestavano l'orario delle 4, quindi il ritardo era solo di 5 minuti.
Ho aspettato al freddo per 40 minuti, rischiando di perdere il volo di ritorno, mentre il signore cercava di guadagnare di più con me. Avevo già la febbre alta sul volo di ritorno. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile!
