The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were just right for our needs. A simple and comfortable environment at a reasonable price. Breakfast was an enjoyable way to experience Georgian culture!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum. Świetne śniadania, a co najważniejsze, mają parking - garaż, co jest istotne dla podróżujących na motocyklach, takich jak ja. ☺️

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.
Our first room had a bed that was in terrible condition, with screws coming loose. When I asked for a tool to fix it, they handed me one instead of offering to help.
While I was trying to fix the bed, I discovered a used condom with blood underneath the mattress! There was also dried blood and semen a few feet away. I was at a loss for words.
They moved us to another room, which was also dirty, though thankfully without any condoms.
We chose to leave for another hotel, but the receptionist complained and charged us for "using" the rooms, even though we barely sat on the bed.
As we were leaving, I saw another couple being upgraded to a room that had been ours, and they were also complaining. I truly hope they’ve cleaned that room by now.
I can't recommend this place at all; it feels more like a one-star AirBnB. - s
Этот отель просто ужасен. Когда мы его забронировали, по фотографиям казалось, что это хорошее место, но это совсем не так. Везде были длинные черные волосы, а под кроватью нашли использованный презерватив! Персонал был совсем не дружелюбным и заставил нас оплатить номер за ночь, когда мы сказали, что не хотим там оставаться. Ни в коем случае не ходите туда, это обман.

Не понимаю, как этот "отель" может иметь больше 2 звезд. Если вы читаете это и хоть немного уважаете себя, НИКОГДА НЕ ОСТАВАЙТЕСЬ В ЭТОМ ОТЕЛЕ. Это очень противно!! Под нашей кроватью была презерватив с кровью. Когда мы решили не оставаться здесь, нам сказали, что мы должны оплатить, потому что сели на кровати и им пришлось их снова чистить. Это просто безумие, ведь мы видели презерватив, пятна крови и волосы по всей кровати. Когда нас переселили в другую комнату, все было грязным, и волос было еще больше. Поистине, какое отвратительное место. Поверьте мне, НИКОГДА НЕ ОСТАВАЙТЕСЬ В ЭТОМ ОТЕЛЕ.

Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgili, nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Fiyatlar oldukça uygun. Check out saatini uyuyakalıp geçirmiş olmamıza rağmen, bunu çok kibarlıkla karşıladılar. Valizlerimizi check out yapmamıza rağmen orada bırakıp gezmeye devam edebildik. Nazikliğiniz için çok mutluyum, her şey için teşekkürler!

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen fließend Russisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

The room was extremely small. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with our questions. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Europa Square and the Old Town.
